This is one of three apartments in the house. Bottom renovated apartment of 70 m2 is for up to 7 guests. Dining table is for 6 people, living room is rather small, but bedrooms are really comfortable. 5 people sleep in real beds, 2 on sofa in living room. 3 people can be in the bathroom/toilet at the same time and they won't bother each other. Bonus is place on the backyard with small cofee table and chairs - for smokers (smoking inside - no way!). Seperate entrance from parking, garden view.

The apartment is located on the second floor and is the largest of the four apartments in the house, with near identical square footage. My apartment is situated in a green and quiet residential area of Ljubljana 7 km from city center and 500m from main ring road - ideal for exploring Slovenia by car. It offers a very relaxing holiday staying suitable for 3 - 5 adults or family with children. Its own entrance from the garden enables privacy, but with complete support of the host when needed. This floor apartment of 52 m2 and a terrace of 25 m2 with views of the garden, meadow and trees is a perfect place to relax and enjoy.

The Riverside Home

Our home is empty most of the year as we moved abroad. After our own positive guest experiences, we decided to share our home with other travel enthusiast. We renovated and adapted the rooms for guests and hope you will enjoy the atmosphere and excellent location. The apartment is in a very old building on the 1st floor (w/o elevator) in the old town directly on the riverbank. It has a beautiful view of the river and in the winter of the castle when the trees are w/o leaves.
