If it was a person you could describe it as very friendly with a touch of sophistication, with a welcoming soul and modern spirit. The lush interior is enveloped with a 1000 sq m garden where you can take a stroll, have a barbecue or just sit under a 100 year old yew tree and plan your trip ahead - you'll probably want to stay at Pipa's place though.

The right half of the double house near the center of Ljubljana offers a two bedroom apartment of with a living room, terrace and 2 free parking places. The house is situated in a walking distance to the center (15 - 20 min.) and close to the highway ring of Ljubljana (exit Ljubljana - Center). Up to 6 guests can sleep in the apartment, with one double and four single beds. The house stands in a peacefull street and is surrounded with green surfaces, vegetable garden and many fruit trees.

You can park your car for free right next to the entrance, on the private area and use two bicycles to explore Ljubljana. In front of the house, there is free parking, outdoor chill space, and a garden. The house is located in a peaceful residential area, only 5 minutes away from the lake and 30 minutes walk from the city centre. We also provide bicycles which make the transportation enjoyable and fast. For easier further exploration we strongly recommend you rent a car.
