Sintra: aluguel por temporada com terraço

Beautiful, clean and lovely space - amazing views, quiet yet close to town. The host was super responsive and helpful. We loved sitting on the terrace and looking at the valley and mountain. Easy to walk to town. If you do bring a car, make sure it’s small as the road is super narrow (but we made it!). Place had everything we needed and more. Host was kind enough to even leave us a bottle of wine :). Would definitely return for a longer stay!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit bei Marisa & Paulo und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Marisa & Paulo waren immer für uns erreichbar und tolle Gastgeber. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, die Lage zwischen Lissabon. Sintra und Cascais in der Mitte von allen drei Zielen. Am besten man fährt mit dem Auto oder einem Uber, den obwohl die Lage gut ist, ist man nirgendwo zentral. Für uns hat es gut gepasst. 👍🏻

Very nice place, spacious and comfortable. There is a public parking lot in front of the building. Location is good, we even can hike up to Moorish Castle and Palace of Pena. There are some restaurants near by.

It was a little bit complicated for me to get into the apartment, caused by a miscommunication, but very, very nice after that, in all the aspects!!

This was a delightful place to stay in Sintra, full of character and cozy ambience. It lies in a great location for visiting Sintra's many historic sights, or just relaxing on the private back patio. Very comfortable bed with plenty of blankets and portable space heaters provided, if needed. Fully stocked kitchen if you choose to cook. Be aware there is no overhead shower with shower curtain, so you adapt just fine by getting in the gorgeous, deep tub and using the spray wand. Nice soaps and lotions provided. The tub "saved" me by soaking sore muscles after a full day of walking on ancient stones all day! Willem is a most gracious host and very accommodating to flexible checkout time. He and Riaan are great communicators through every step of the reservation process and for making helpful recommendations for ATMs, restaurants, etc. I hope to stay there again!

Carlos is a great host! He's very responsive and flexible with our ever changing plans. He's especially kind and helpful when he helped coordinated and received my luggage that got left behind during my connecting flight. The property is very nice and comfortable. Carlos has a great sense of style and decorated the place with unique reclaimed pieces. We had a great stay in Sintra.

Lourenco y su abuela son encantadores y muy amables. La casa está muy bien, limpia y con todo lo necesario para sentirte como en casa. Está ubicada en una pequeña población, muy tranquila, cerca de la playa. Aunque los dormitorios no tienen armarios roperos, hay un cuarto vestidor con un armario y una gran cómoda para guardar toda la ropa. La estancia ha sido muy agradable y 100% recomendable

Die Unterkunft liegt mitten im malerischen Penedo, hoch oben mit Ausblick bis zum Meer. Jedes Zimmer ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Der traditionelle Stil macht das kleine Häuschen sehr gemütlich und wenn man durch die Gassen von Penedo zieht entdeckt man überall schöne Gärten und wundervolle Häuser.

Lovely place, very clean and on clear days there's a beautiful view of the castle and palace. In the evening the castle and palace are lit up which is very pretty. The place is quiet and calm and the kitchen is well equipped. The beds and bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms are big and really nice. Plenty of storage. We had a lot of rain, so it was nice to have the fire on a couple of days. Everything for the fire was provided. The only thing I would say is it would be useful to have a dryer as our clothes never really dried after washing because of the humidity.

We had such a lovely stay at Duarte and Kjersti’s vacation home ❤️ perfect space for a toddler and the two parents - beautifully decorated yet warm and cozy and easy to live in. It’s located down a footpath on the back side of a church on a steep hill, so get ready for a little walk and with it amazing views, quiet, and friendly folks passing by. We enjoyed the wine for guests (best we had during our month in Portugal), easy adventures from our front door (to the local cafe, up to the mountain, down to the neighbors bunnies & chickens), and a quick drive to the beaches and the rest of Sintra. For the tall folks (I’m 6’ 3’’ , almost 2 M) this home was built many years ago and for a shorter population which means the door frames are SHORT. I hit my head a few times and we needed to hang warnings to protect myself. If you’re looking at the posting and thinking “this is magical”, it truly is. Thank you for opening up your home! 🙏

Casa perfetta per famiglie di 4 persone. Tutto come da descrizione. Molto curato l'interno, pulito, di design, tutto nuovo. Molto apprezzate le cialde del caffè, e piccola base di olio, sale in cucina, uova di pasqua per le bambine! Molto minimal ma tutto funzionare e comodo. Location ottima per qualità/prezzo, accanto alla casa piccolo centro città con mercato ottimo, caffetteria, negozio di ceramica stupendo dove poter partecipare a workshop. A pochi km da una bella spiaggia grande, perfetta per bambini. Guests veloci nelle risposte e super gentili. Consigliato.

Nice stay for group of three, amazing location and host was very friendly, kind, and communicative. Comfortable bed and nice primary bathroom.

What an incredible four nights we had in Sinatra. The house is stunning and a peaceful haven away from the busy tourist hotspots. Sinatra can get so manic and overwhelming during the day we appreciated having a calm space to retreat to. Parking on the property is super easy. We loved being able to walk into town, and most of the attractions are 20-30 min away without needing to drive (if you enjoy walking that is, note that Sintra is on a hill). Kitchen is well setup to cook your own meals, included breakfast was fresh and very tasty, and our host was lovely and so helpful with recommendations for paths to take and places to go. And to top it off you can admire the Moorish castle all lit up at night from the patio. Thank you!

This is a beautiful space in a quiet clean neighbourhood. There is a lovely little sitting space at the front. It has a wonderful old world feel. The owner is very environmentally aware. The kitchen was good and the shower upstairs was great ( we didn't try the downstairs one ). Their is also an airy bright small study /quiet room and fine laundry and wardrobe space. A minutes walk from a great, very reasonably priced, restaurant called Metamorphosis, 5 minutes from the train station. We visited the Portugese Riding School in Lisbon which was a highlight of our stay. George was very helpful and a good communicator. We strongly recommend this home .

Simone is a great host. Super friendly and responsive. The house was excellent. Spic and Span! All the amenities were there. The location in Almada is great. Very close to the Tajus river (200 meters) and one can easily get a ferry to get to downtown Lisbon. Thanks Simone!

Nice apartment! Spacious, clean and great location. If you surf, you can easily walk to Matadouro which is nice, and it is a short drive to Ribeira. But the city centre is also within walking distance. Also the (indoor) pool and tennis court are nice.

Besides it was a short stay as we were crossing thru Portugal, it was a sweet experience and we simply loved the place. I easily could see myself enjoying a longer staying week or more, comfortable, cozy, good neighborhood. Close to the sea. Diogo is an excellent host.

Laura’s place is awesome. We were looking for an apartment with parking because we rented a car. It was perfect. The apartment a very spacious, with natural light from every angle. It is not in the downtown but is within walking distance while you still can stay a bit away from touristic areas. A perfect place for families or two couples. You feel at home away from home. Laura is very responsive and provides you with good recommendations and tips around. We are looking forward to come back!

We stayed at Cheng’s place during the EU wide power outage and have nothing but positive remarks to leave. He came by the evening the power went off with supplies to get us through the night and went above and beyond anything I have ever seen in an AirBnb host. Long story short, we are truly grateful for Cheng’s hospitality and thoroughly enjoyed the apartment itself - great location, modern amenities, and clean. All you can ask for!

We enjoyed a great week in Rafa’s apartment. We travelled with our daughter (1) and the apartment was perfect for our family, with a cot and high chair provided. The apartment was clean and spacious. Rafa was a great host, very friendly and full of local knowledge. Thank you Rafa for resolving the small external issue with the wifi! We would recommend for couples and for families.

We loved our stay at Cristina’s place, it’s conveniently located and her home is perfect for a family with young children. We will certainly be back. Thanks Cristina!

Great place for a surf trip. 1 minute walk to great view of many of the breaks. Great space and easy street parking
