Silverstone: aluguel por temporada com terraço

We had a great stay at Chris' place in central London. The apartment was very neat and clean with comfortable beds. Chris was kind enough to offer us an early check in and helped out with all the queries. It got a bit warm inside the apartment, but Chris had fans for every room which was helpful. The place is very centrally located, in a quiet neighbourhood near UCL and close to 3 Tube stations including Tottenham Crt Rd station (10 mins walk) & Goodge Street (2 mins walk). It's on the Ground & Lower Ground Floor so bringing bags in isn't an issue. Only slight disadvantage is that the rooms/bathrooms are slightly small, but if you're not spending too much time at home, it's not a big issue. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone who wants to be centrally located in London and close to major Tube stations.

We recently returned from a very comfortable 19-night stay in Julie’s apartment in Hitchin, a beautiful market town dating from the 7th century. Julie, and her daughter-in-law Kerri, are friendly and helpful hosts. The bright, sunny apartment is spotlessly clean. The kitchen is fully equipped and allowed preparation of numerous meals. Bedding and pillows were comfortable. Not being accustomed to English systems, we ran out of hot water the first afternoon. After contacting Julie, she immediately explained how to avoid the problem and have hot water whenever needed. We appreciated the off-road designated parking spot close to the front entrance to the apartment building. Location of apartment is excellent, being a short walk to the centre of the town, where there are excellent restaurants and coffee shops (don’t miss Esquires in the Market Place). And a five-minute walk from the apartment takes you to Hitchin Town Football Club, a very entertaining way to spend a Saturday afternoon.

Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour (6 nuits, 2 adultes/2 enfants) Points forts: - Emplacement IDÉAL 💫✨✨ Appartement dans une rue au calme, avec peu de passage de voitures. Mais proche de toutes commodités (métro, supermarché, restos, cafés, bars…) et extrêmement bien placé dans Londres pour accéder facilement aux différents quartiers. - Appartement petit mais très pratique et bien conçu pour un séjour d’une semaine en famille. 2 chambres avec lits doubles (et petites couettes individuelles pour les enfants). Cuisine bien équipée, salle de bain également, et une mini terrasse à l’abris! Chauffages très efficace si besoin. - Hôte très gentil et serviable, même si nous n’avons pas eu la chance de le rencontrer… Arrivée et départ autonome (digicode) Point faible: - Insonorisation avec le pallier du dessus un peu légère… nous avons été réveillés une nuit par le départ des locataires à 3h du matin… Mais bon, en centre ville on ne peut pas tout avoir! Encore merci pour ce séjour!!!

Tolle Lage - sehr ruhig und trotzdem ist man gleich bei der u Bahn und kommt überall hin. Die Einrichtung war stylisch, es war alles da was man braucht!

Nice place that was comfortable. We felt very safe here. The location was great, and was easily walkable to a couple of underground stations within about 10-15 minutes. Cindy was very responsive to any questions we had.

We had a great stay here. Susan was a wonderful host, who made it possible for us to check in early, and checked to make sure we had everything we needed. It’s a lovely neighbourhood, with three different supermarkets within walking distance (a Sainsbury’s Local, Co-op and LIDL). It’s also easy to get around, as it’s a short walk (15 minutes) to the underground station to get into central London. As an added bonus, it’s on the Richmond train line and a very quick trip out to Kew Gardens.

The apartment was beautiful. It has a really nice balcony with a beautiful view of the river. Fully stocked kitchen, literally had everything that we needed. The host was very responsive and helped us out when we had issues. Great location, walkable to public transportation, and grocery store was really close by. We had a great vacation overall, glad we chose this place to stay!

I spent two weeks in Florin 's house. The house was impeccably clean and very well maintened, with all the amenities needed to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The house is located in a very peaceful area, close to public transport, perfect! Florin was a very attentive and responsive host during our interactions. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable place!

Travelled down as family of 12 for London Marathon weekend. The place was everything we wanted and more. It really has a ‘home from home’ feel and you immediately felt comfortable due to the numerous little touches the hosts have gone to. We stayed 3 nights and could have stayed longer…. Only minor feedback is the stairs to top floor is little difficult for the older members or those struggling after long run!! 🥵😂 When we are next this way, we will definitely look to book again. Elsa’s place is great for a stay outside the hustle and bustle of central London. An easy 15 minute walk to the tube that will take you straight to the centre, we used this as a base for a gig at Hyde Park and travel was incredibly easy. The space is comfortable, private and clean with everything you need and Elsa kept in touch to ensure we could easily access the property. The use of the drive way was also incredibly useful. Would highly recommend.

Jen est une hôte très réactive et disponible. L'appartement est bien situé, avec de bons accès aux transports en commun pour rejoindre facilement le centre de Londres. Le logement est parfaitement équipé. Nous serions ravis de revenir si nous repassons à Londres. Merci aussi pour le petit déjeuner, c'est une attention très appréciée ! ✨

Kalada’s place was very immaculate and cozy. I felt like I was home.

The warmer weather made for an even more pleasant stay being able to make use of lovely garden. The kitchen/dining area was perfect for entertaining and socialising. Great layout. All other aspects spot on too.

Absolutely top. Warren was very welcoming when showing us around the place was in great condition and exactly as shown. Bedrooms all had TVs and Kitchen was well stocked for extras coffee sauces and condiments and bathrooms had soap towels and extras if you forgot something. 100% would stay again.

House was very cosy, perfect for what we needed. Very clean and tidy, made us feel right at home. Josh was a great host, nice and easy to deal with, helpful when asked questions and was very quick to respond every time. Absolutely worth the money, will definitely stay again if we're in the area! We had the most wonderful time at Danessa’s beautiful cottage. The place is very well equipped and super comfortable. The surroundings are gorgeous and all you hear and see is exquisite wild life. I would very happily stay there again and have no hesitation to recommend it.

Stayed in Marlow for 2 nights. What a beautiful little town, but the icing on the cake was Max’s apartment. From the moment we walked in, it smelt fresh and clean, everywhere was spotless. Everything we needed in the kitchen, lovely lounge area and separate table for eating (not a fan of eating off my lap) Bed was firm and very comfortable, bathroom was spotless. Lovely little area outside and I enjoyed the last of the sun one evening. All communication was fast, especially when I made a mistake with the booking dates. Wouldn’t hesitate in staying there again and would 100% recommend.

I had very enjoyable stay. It was quiet, clean, and a great location close to the tube with nice restaurants close by.

Tom's place is a real home from home so we instantly felt settled. The flat is beautifully decorated and actually much larger than I think the pictures show so we had plenty of space! Tom was really helpful and responsive and obviously really cares that his guests have a nice stay. The check in and out was super easy too. Such a great area with everything walkable! We will be back!

We found this apartment to be the perfect launch spot for our brief stay in London. The location was so perfect. Just 1 block from the central line, getting around the city was a breeze. You're also walking distance to beautiful neighborhoods. The apartment had everything we needed and was very quiet. We accidentally locked ourselves out at one point but the host was quick to retrieve our keys for us. The beds were very comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. I would recommend this place for up to 3 people who want a laid back London experience!
