Silvaplana: aluguel por temporada de chalés

It‘s a cosy and quiet house at the edge of the village. The place is not too far up the valley and so even easy to get to by public transportation. For me, it was a perfect fit. Alessandro and Paola were right next door and available. Very friendly hosts!

Wir suchten einen ruhigen, abgelegenen Ort, abseits von Trubel. Mit dem Holzerheim haben wir dies gefunden. Das Haus ist technisch gut ausgestattet und alles funktioniert bestens (Warmwasser, Bodenheizung, Strom, Musikanlage, Geschirrspüler, Dusche, Badewanne, Cheminée, grosser Speicherofen). 50 m neben dem Haus befindet sich das Restaurant Conn, welches sehr ansprechende und feine Gerichte anbietet. Das Haus präsentiert sich in Wirklichkeit besser wie auf den Fotos präsentiert. Die Fahrbewilligung ermöglichte, das Haus mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Ausserdem besteht eine Postautoverbindung nach Flims mit Haltestelle wenige Meter vor dem Haus. Es war sicher vorteilhalft, dass wir uns mit Feuern (Cheminée, Speicherofen) etwas auskannten. Es war genügend Holz vorhanden, das man gebrauchen konnte. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Il soggiorno ha superato le aspettative. La casa ha un soggiorno spazioso con un bellissimo camino centrale che dà sul giardino privato e dalle cui finestre si ammirano le maestose cime dell’Ortles. Il centro di Bormio, con i sui bei negozi e i ristoranti tipici, è raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi. Le piste degne delle prossime Olimpiadi, sono giustamente famose. La casa ha tutti i comfort che ci si potrebbero augurare e ci si sente confortati dalla proprietà, gentile e responsiva anche nelle piccole necessità. Consiglio senza remora alcuna! Edna e Fabio

Perfect long weekend in the woods! Went there with my wife and our dog for a 4days in nature and this was dreamy. The place is exceptionally quiet and peaceful, ideas to disconnect with the world and connect with nature. Angelo is responsive, friendly and very friendly. He even help us with my car keys that I’ve forgot in the car. Cannot recommended him enough, he’s an exceptional host and the place is wonderful.

Autentisch renoviertes Rustico-Haus, in dem wir uns auch an regnerischen Tagen sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Die Unterkunft ist mit allem ausgestattet, was es braucht. Das Haus wird mit dem Holzofen schnell warm und ist sehr gemütlich. Die Gastgeber Sandro und Petra sind äusserst hilfsbereit. Die Lage in Selma liegt zentral im Tal und ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen oder Familien-Zeit am Fluss. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Elisa was a fantastic host, and the AirBnB itself is fantastic. Everywhere was clean, tidy and had everything we needed for our long weekend. Elisa communicated throughout to make the whole process as easy as possible. The property is situated in a beautiful location and has a gorgeous atmosphere, we were blown away. Nicola, der Sohn der Eigentümerin war sehr nett. Er hat uns bei Fragen immer weiter geholfen. Wir haben zwei Punkte, die für uns nicht ganz super waren, dass ist zum einen die Lage. Die Sträßchen hoch nach Segna sind für ein großes Auto wirklich schwer zu meistern und zweitens war an den ersten beiden Tagen der Kamin kaputt. Das war schon echt kalt Ende September ohne andere Wärmequelle, aber den hat Nicola dann schnell repariert. Sonst wirklich alles top!

Joli chalet dans un havre de paix. L'idéal pour une totale détente au cœur de la nature. Le chalet est bien équipé et fonctionnel.

Martina war eine sehr gute Gastgeberin. Schnell im beantworten von Fragen und Anliegen sowie Rückmeldungen. Wie haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

If you're looking for a comfortable and peaceful place, you should visit this Swiss chalet where you can relax and enjoy the peace and quiet away from the busy life. it’s so beautiful and cozy. The moment we got in we felt how intimate and cozy this house is. I felt like staying at a friend’s home the books the CDs collections! The beautiful fireplace. There is also a huge cabinet for board games and puzzles which my kids really enjoyed. Vivienne and her husband are very friendly and kind people treated us like family they were so kind to provide us with 2 baby beds and extra blankets. The view is the most wonderful specially when the mountains were covered with snow we spent the most exciting summer ever.

Abbiamo passato 3 giorni a cavallo di capodanno 2025. Tre famiglie con bambini. Siamo stati benissimo. Lara ci ha accolto cordialmente al check-in e ci ha dato tutte le indicazioni per gestire al meglio la casa, compresi stufa, jacuzzi e tinozza finlandese. Ambienti puliti e completi di tutto. Cucina e bagni super accessoriati. Camere impeccabili e confortevoli. Vari giochi per bambini e libri per momenti di relax; disponibilità di Sky, Netflix e Disney+. Legna e barbecue a disposizione. Vista impagabile sul lago di Como da un versante e sulla montagna dall’altro lato. Posizione ottima: abbastanza isolati per stare tranquilli e non dare fastidio a nessuno ma comunque a 5 minuti dal centro del paese; a meno di 10 minuti abbiamo trovato un centro commerciale molto fornito. Esperienza davvero ottima e consigliata, da riprovare d’estate con la possibilità di utilizzare anche la piscina esterna. OTTIMO

Très joli petit chalet, intérieur cosy et bien aménagé. Nous avons eu la chance davoir beaucoup de neige pour Noël : cetait magique ! L'endroit est isolé et nous avons apprecié d'etre coupés du monde ( avec internet et tout le confort moderne). Acces skis au pied tres appreciable. Notre hôte a organisé le transport de nos bagages en moto-neige. Catarina a repondu avec beaucoup de réactivité à toutes nos demandes. Il y avait un petit magasin avec des produits de pemiere nécessité bien utile. Merci pour tout!

Wir hatten einen wunderbarer Aufenthalt! Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und liebevoll eingerichtet, mit besten Materialien und einer tollen Aussicht. Edward ist ein perfekter Host, stets transparent, hat uns im Vorfeld besten informiert und war sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Apartment ist perfekt für zwei Erwachsene (und 1 bis 2 Kinder). Das Kinderzimmer ist 2024 wunderbarst für Kinder bis 4 Jahre ausgelegt. Unser Sohn schiebt nun in seinem eigenen Kinderzimmer voll die Krise. Kommen sehr gerne wieder!!! Danke

Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohlgefühlt in diesem liebevoll eingerichteten Haus. Von der Terrasse hat man einen wundervollen, weitläufigen Blick. Wir haben da jeden Nachmittag gesessen und diesen Blick genossen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es ist alles da, was man benötigt. Sophie hat uns selber total freundlich begrüßt und uns noch schöne Tipps gegeben. Das Haus liegt oben am Berg, man geht runter ins Dorf zu Fuß ungefähr eine Viertelstunde, nach oben braucht man etwas länger :-) Von daher sind wir zum Einkaufen und teilweise auch zum Skifahren mit dem Auto gefahren. Man kann auch vom Haus direkt zum Skifahren starten und auch dort wieder ankommen; dafür muss man ungefähr 5-10 Minuten einen Wanderweg (in Skischuhen) durch den Wald laufen. Wir können dieses Haus und die Gastgeberin nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder!
