The apartment is located about 500 meters away from the port, 40 meters away from the nearest bus stop and 70 meters away from our blue flag awarded beach. You will have a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal with a fridge, an oven, a toaster, a coffee pot and kitchenware. There is a mini tv and an AC Unit in the bedroom. The beach of Kamares is about 130 meters and the distance from the center of the village is about 250 meters .

Πρόκειται για μία ιδιαίτερα ευνοϊκή τοποθεσία, καθώς είναι από τα μοναδικά σημεία του νησιού που δεν πιάνουν σχεδόν καθόλου τα μελτέμια. Στην γειτονιά μας υπάρχει ακόμη ένα μόνο σπίτι, που ανήκει σε μία φιλική και ήσυχη οικογένεια με παιδάκια. Στην περιοχή υπάρχουν επίσης δύο ταβερνάκια, mini market και αναψυκτήριο.
