What a great place to spend Christmas in Connecticut. We felt right at home and cooked most of our meals at the house. The third floor room was the best for watching sunsets. Communication was great, even with a question on Christmas Eve! Would stay again!

We were gathered from around the country for my Mother s Memorial. It was such a pleasure to stay in such a peaceful environment, as emotions were high. It was healing. Beautiful home, and all directions were clear. If it had been a little later in the Spring and the weather warmer, it would have been even better. I highly encourage anyone to stay and enjoy what the area has to offer in Gregory's beautiful home. You will have a wonderful vacation!

The photos don't do it justice—this charming place is even more spacious than it looks online. The vintage decor added a cozy touch that made us feel right at home. Highly recommend!

Eddie’s place was one of the best homes we’ve stayed in via Airbnb. He was tremendously accommodating and responsive. The home was very clean and accommodated our family well. We’ll definitely book here again when we return to LI!

I enjoyed every minute of my quick escape to Montauk! Check in and out was simple and convenient. The room was clean, private, and peaceful. Plus location has a beautiful view and is within steps to the beach.

Karen's place is clean, spacious, comfortable, located just across the street from the beach, with a nice back deck and upstairs balcony. Pet-friendly is a plus. We had everything we needed and a very relaxing stay. The kitchen is especially nice with lots of counter space, and multiple coffee makers (which we appreciated!). Note the beds are soft, so if you are used to a firm mattress, that may be an issue. Karen is very responsive and communicative. Highly recommend.

The option wasn’t there but the photos don’t truly show how amazing the views are. Better than photos! Though our stay here was short and sweet we would highly recommend to family and friends. Each room has a beautiful view of the water giving way to a peaceful and serene stay. We loved that the kitchen and eating space was open to the living space. The tv’s were great and easy to log in and stream the Masters. The decor and styling was cohesive, stylish, and comfortable. Katherine was a great communicator and was very responsive when we had to sadly cut our trip short. Book this place!

We had a fabulous stay at Spencer and Maddie's! Their house is lovely and perfect for a cozy family getaway. We especially loved the kitchen - stocked with all the necessary appliances, the fireplace and a welcoming family room. The house is tucked away in a quiet area, steps away from the beach and a short drive / jogging distance away from Greenport and its lovely cafes, nearby wineries and the beauty of North Fork. We appreciate how friendly, welcoming and responsive Spencer and Maddie were and look forward to coming back!

If we don't give a good review, can we keep this to ourselves?! Patti was a perfect host; the views were fantastic, whether from the outdoor porch or inside through the French doors looking out on the water. Access to the small beach and pool were excellent and we were close to several good restaurants (many of which Patti suggested, including some on the water) for take-out during the pandemic. Wifi was great and everything was very clean and as advertised. We generally fly for vacations and long weekends but had to stay closer to home this year and this was a perfect choice.

We visited the area for a family gathering, and this was a perfect place for us. The kitchen is very well equipped, the bedrooms were comfortable and the sitting rooms had plenty of space for all of us (6 adults). A few in our group needed to work remotely and found the basement ideal for meetings. We didn't use the pool (too early in the year, and the weather was cold and rainy anyway). But the jacuzzi was a hit! Vanessa was great to work with and very responsive to questions.

My stay at Julie’s was wonderful, I was always able to message and get a quick response she was very accommodating. The view was beautiful and felt comfy like home. I will definitely be returning in the summer once it’s warmer !

The place was perfect nice and clean what I like the best is the it was close to the beach to go for a walk.

I cannot describe accurately how lovely and comfortable Jonathons house is It was more than perfect for us in every way! The fenced in yard was perfect for our little dog and we all enjoyed turkeys and deer hanging out. Walking the neighborhood and to the beach with leaves changing It couldn’t have been any better.

You can not beat this location - quiet private beach right across the street, nice pool and about a 20 minute walk to town or super short car ride. The place is clean, as pictured and John was great to deal with. Will definitely be back!

Had a great stay over Christmas Holiday with family. House was big, convenient, clean and easy to get into. Great view of the ocean. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at Steve and Dorry’s place! The living room and kitchen is surprisingly spacious and feels so open & inviting because of the outdoor deck space and view of water. We hope to be back again!

We had a wonderful weekend stay at Eileen's beautiful waterfront home. The view from the living room and primary bedroom of the water was so peaceful. The kitchen was well appointed and the cozy living room made for a wonderful family gathering spot when we weren't dining out at the fabulous nearby restaurants, visiting wineries, or viewing local scenery. Eileen was incredibly responsive to small questions we had. We would definitely book again!!

Great house & great location!

We had an amazing stay - the house is spotless clean and very well organized, the kids loved discovering the hidden nook in their bedroom. The kitchen was fully equipped and we enjoyed a wonderful lunch on the deck. It was also lot’s of fun to use the canoes with the kids. Finally, the decoration of the house was lovely and made our stay very agréable. Thank you Carrie!

Had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home on the North Fork. Stayed off-season-calm, peaceful and relaxing setting with breathtaking views of the bay. The cottage had everything I needed and felt cozy and welcoming immediately. And very clean. Andrew was friendly, efficient and well organized. I highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for some R and R!

The house was perfect. Great location, decor and had all the amenities we needed. We enjoyed the tranquility and watched the beautiful sunrise with the birds. We went to Fire Island each day and were there in minutes. Truly an amazing experience.

We had such a great time at this beach house! The place was super clean, and everything was easy to find. The directions were clear, and the host was awesome—gave us great ideas for things to do in the area. We had a blast and would definitely stay here again!
