The property has a 10x5m swimming pool with solarium and garden area. From the pool you have a breathtaking view onto the coastline. The apartment has a huge terrace facing the seaside where you can dine and enjoy crickets chirping in the sicilian summer nights. For the BBQ lover the apartment offers a BBQ. The living space is luminous, open and spacious. Guests are free to use garden, swimming pool and terrace. The ground floor is inhabited by my lovely parents who take care of everything surrounding the property. They speak german and english, so if you need help they are happy to help you out. The apartment is part of a hilltop villa surrounded by beautiful gardens. Located in a quiet area, it offers a fantastic respite to relax in peace. For everything else, the charming town of Cefalu is just a short drive away. The property is on a hilltop and is 6km from Cefalu town. In town you can find everything you need. The property is immersed in nature and has no supermarket at walking distance. A car is necessary to get around!!

La nostra casa vacanze di recente costruzione "Casa Via dell'Acqua" (anno 2023), si trova ai margini di una piccola valle con ampi spazzi in mezzo alla natura tra alberi di ulivo e agrumi tipici della Sicilia. Dista a circa 3 km dal mare e dal villaggio di pescatori San Nicola L'Arena. La vista cade sulle montagne della riserva naturale "Pizzo Cane"(è possibile fare escursioni) e si riesce a intravedere il mare. Accanto alla casa si trova un'altra casa vacanze di mia madre ideale per+4 persone.
