The facility is located in a quiet environment, without traffic jams and noise. At a distance of 0.5km there are: pharmacy, dental center and banks. Outside the facility is located outdoor swimming pool. All rooms in Guest House have Air conditioning and all guest free parking

In front of the house is 3 kilometres long seaside promenade, which contains friendly hosts and healthy food in a small Mediterranean restaurants.Both apartments are with great location and very easy access to Trogir (beautiful old town with large selection of reasonably priced restaurants) and Split via boat taxis.

Das Holiday House WEST wurde 2022 fertiggestellt und liegt 2km westlich von Trogir, 25km von Split und 50km östlich von Sibenik, allesammt UNESCO Weltkulturerbestätten. An ruhiger jedoch zentraler Lage mit einem schönen Blick auf das adriatische Meer die Stadt Trogir sowie auf die Halbinsel Ciovo ist es der perfekte Urlaubsort für Familien mit freunden auf vier Pfoten. Bars, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie der Strand liegen in unmittelbarem Umkreis und können zu Fuss erreicht werden.
