Perfectly located for a day trip to Portland, Old Orchard Beach, Kennebunkport, Freeport, Kittery, Wells Beach, and North Conway, NH outlets. Beautiful views of the lake from each room, w/full kitchen, laundry, 3 TVs. As our guest, you will have access to a private boat launch. In the winter snowmobile, snowshoe, ice skates, or cross-country ski on the frozen lake.

Take it easy in the woods at this cozy, off-grid A frame located in the Sebago Lakes Region. Kick back and relax around the fire while being "away from it all" yet still close by to great restaurants, beaches and more! This cabin is "off grid" and does not have running water or electricity. The space offers solar power that will power all lights, fans as well as charge devices. There is a battery operated pump that gives you potable water out of the sink. A porta potty is on property.

Vacation getaway for all seasons. Enjoy mountain and golf course views from this 3,800 square foot home. Pleasant Mountain Ski Area beckons from 10 minutes away. Sunday River Ski Area is 40 minutes away. Or bring your clubs and test your skills on the challenging 18 holes at Bridgton Highlands Golf located steps away. At the end of the day, sip on an adult beverage in the spacious timber frame great room and marvel at the field-stone fireplace that stretches from floor to the ceiling.

In the water! Two story boathouse. Originally built in 1939 and parked boats in until 1972. Converted to living space in the early eighties. The upstairs consist of a bedroom walk in closet and a balcony. The downstairs is a living room, kitchen and bathroom. Walk out the door to the patio , dock , and beach! You won't find anything closer to the water! The balcony is the perfect place to watch the sunset, thunderstorms, or sip your morning coffee. Watch the fish out the window!

Nestled in the woods and on Adams Pond with new wood fired sauna! The cabin feels totally hidden away but is less than 10 minutes to Bridgton and Naples, hiking, beaches and restaurants. The woods are beautiful and peaceful and the pond is just down a mossy path. Great for couples or a weekend away. Large deck with grill and outdoor shower, firepit. There is a shared dock on the pond for swimming, fishing, or just enjoying the view as well as a canoe and 2 kayaks, and a paddle board.

Sip coffee on the screened porch listening to the wind in the pine grove. This modern cedar cabin is your sanctuary from the summer crowds, yet only 15 mins to the bustle of North Conway. The Watson House

The Watson House is part of a late 19th century duplex.This side has been completely rehabbed, with a full kitchen, bath with a stall shower, dining and living room on the first floor. Three bedrooms and a full bathroom with washer and dryer upstairs. There is plenty of room for the entire family. It sleeps 6 comfortably, but we do charge $15 per person per night over 6 people. We are PET FRIENDLY!! Please no pets on the furniture, and they can’t be left alone.

Located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, we offer comfortable beds, plenty of coffee and other amenities so you are sure to have a wonderful and relaxing time in our space.
