The airy floor plan of this contemporary home is perfect for entertaining family and friends. Gathering on the deck at sunset is a favorite. A short walk to Minot Beach and the lovely Minot neighborhood. Close to charming Scituate & Cohasset Harbors with their great restaurant scenes. 5 minutes to the Commuter rail into Boston.

The Landing at Cohasset Harbor

Welcome to "The Landing," our tranquil barn retreat, nestled in Cohasset Harbor. This space offers the perfect setting to unwind. We have two queen beds, one in a loft and one in the main area, and a full bath with a clawfoot tub and shower. The barn sits behind our main house on the edge of a marsh and a river that leads into the ocean. Enjoy being directly across from Cohasset Harbor and just a 7 minute walk up the street to lovely downtown Cohasset with its shops, restaurants and bars.

Set in a quiet cul-de-sac at the end of our driveway, this tiny house is part of our family compound and working horse farm. We have many animals. Enjoy your space, knowing we are just 50 yards away should you need anything. This is a true tiny house experience. The kitchenette has everything you need. The sleep loft is accessible by a ladder and has a low ceiling. Disclaimer there is no door on the toilet, which is tucked away in the kitchen area. WiFi connection is not guaranteed.

A peaceful beach retreat close to all the action, this charming one-bedroom bungalow is the oldest in the neighborhood. The house is within walking distance of Nantasket Beach and is set back from the road in a large, quiet yard. The driveway is big enough to park two cars, so you'll never have to worry about beach parking. Hull has plenty of restaurants and activities to keep you busy during all four seasons.

Spacious 3 bedroom private home across the street from Minot Beach. Updated bathrooms with beautiful granite kitchen. The third floor has a smaller room with 2 extra twin beds. Guest will have access to patio and back deck overlooking the marsh to watch sunsets. Short drive to both Scituate & Cohasset Harbor. Close to many wedding venues on the South Shore.

Beautiful studio in Scituate Harbor for one or two. All the conveniences in one small space. Private entrance and bath with views from your private deck and patio. Walk to EVERYTHING. Many great restaurants and shops. Queen size bed. (Some of the older reviews may mention the sleeper, which we replaced with a queen bed.)
