Welsh 'ty' means 'house' in English, and it's harder to imagine a cosier cabin than the one we lovingly placed in this secluded spot among some of Britain's most serene countryside. So welcome to our 'Ty Cosy'. Fitted with the comforts you need, including WiFi and Bluetooth speakers for connecting your devices, this cabin sleeps 2 adults + 2 children, or 3 adults. With wonderful walks from the front door, a 10 min drive from Corwen, 20 mins from Bala or Llangollen and countless sites to visit.

This mid-terrace cottage is situated in a hamlet, two miles outside of Bala, a gateway to Snowdonia National Park with pubs, restaurants and outdoor activities. Our cottage is surrounded by farms and hills, a perfect spot for a getaway. There are walking paths in front of the house, leading you through the stunning Welsh landscape; Llyn Tegid (Lake Bala) is a 5 minute drive away and Yr Wyddfa (Mount Snowdon) 60 minutes. The beaches by the Llyn Peninsula and Barmouth are only 45m away. Pet free.

This beautiful cottage has its own Private entrance, and is decorated to a professional and stylish standard, very well equipped with all you should require when staying here. The cottage is in a very secluded and stunning location with beautiful views across the hills and valleys, you are well within reach of all Snowdonia has to offer, ie Water sports, walks, Activity Centres and local amenities. Plenty of footpaths in stones throw from the cottage leading to even more breath taking views.

Luxury barn conversion attached to our house. Situated close to the A494 for easy access to Snowdonia National Park but set in an acre of gardens surrounded by open countryside . There is a hot tub and outdoor shower with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, fire pit and pellet pizza oven. Underfloor heating throughout. Bedrooms have smart tv and 4g WiFi. Yr Efail is situated in Llanfor a small village 3/4 of a mile from the market town of Bala. The property is a converted blacksmiths workshop were the owners family have worked since 1905. Recently renovated into a fully equipped self catering cottage. The property is single story providing easy access for all. Shops, restaurants and pubs are situated in Bala which you can reach by road or on foot along a footpath. We live in the village and available to recommend places to eat and visit.

Ty Beic Country Apartments, The Barn

Ty Beic is two, one bedroom holiday cottages perched on a hill above the tiny hamlet of Sarnau, near Bala, on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park. These two restored stone barns are a magical place to stay all year round providing a perfect base for exploring North Wales. The Barn is a one bedroom detached cottage with exposed beams and stone walls and magnificent views of the Berwyn Mountains. It is furnished to a very high standard with a certain offbeat charm.

Situated in the beautiful village of Llandderfel near Bala, this cottage is ideal for a peaceful getaway. A fantastic base for walking or just chilling, the local, dog friendly pub with excellent food a short walk away. The cottage is cozy and comfortable, has full central heating and a log/coal burner. 1x double bed, 1x single and a double sofa bed in the lounge if needed. Bala town & lake 10mins drive.
