L’edificio è tra le prime costruzioni del paese, e all’interno era presente una stalla per gli animali, da cui è stata ricavata una camera da letto, e all’esterno una cisterna per la raccolta dell’acqua piovana. La scelta degli arredi semplici che danno un aspetto rurale ma nello stesso tempo sofisticato, adatto per quei viaggiatori che sono alla ricerca di semplicità e tradizione salentina.
