La casa está como se ve en las fotos, siempre atentos a la comunicación, lugar muy limpio, me volvería a hospedar ahí!!! nos encantó!!

Karina’s house was so great!! Perfect house, quiet neighborhood, nice restaurants and grocery stores near! It was perfect for our family. And the communication was really good!!

Casa Eugenia was a great spot for our group of 6 adults and 2 kids. We spent our days scuba diving, at beach clubs, and cruising the island by scooters and jeeps. We enjoyed the pool in the late afternoon and early evening when we returned. It was an easy walk to the grocery store just 2 blocks away to find all our grocery needs for cooking at the house. The kitchen was well appointed and the patio area had an awesome grill. We had trouble finding charcoal for sale but Beto, the property manager, went out of his way to find and deliver some. The location is in a quieter part of town just a few blocks off the main boardwalk. There is a line of taxis at the Chedraui grocery store just a block away so it was easy to get one at any time. If you wanted to rent a car, there was a place to park on the property, but we didn't really need one the whole time so we opted for a daily rental from HTJ. Beto was very responsive and helpful as needed and Cas Eugenia felt like a home away from home!

Casa Turquesa was beautiful inside and out. It is part of a safe, 24/7 guarded, beachfront community. The service was great as well. Made you feel like you were in a hotel. Fully stocked home with all the amenities including washer/dryer, multiple outdoor showers, 2 pools, spacious rooms and a delicious fruit basket with an assortment of local fruits. Pool clearers and Housekeeping kept the pools and home clean everyday, including making the beds, it was not just a “refresher” like some hotels do. Located next to Quinta Ave and beachfront you get the best of both worlds. Easy access to multiple restaurants, bars, clubs, and shopping. Private beach access, and friendly neighbors. Definitely made our stay in Cancun amazing. Would recommend 10 out of 10

El lugar es tal como se muestra en las fotos, está muy limpio, muy cerca del aeropuerto y lo mejor de todo es la atención. Te dan excelentes recomendaciones y hasta te ayudan a reservar. Me gustó!! Y lo recomiendo!

La ubicación del lugar es inmejorable. La playa, fácilmente accesible a pie, es muy bonita. También se puede llegar a la quinta avenida caminando. Las habitaciones están bien distribuidas y espaciosas. Algunos detalles podrían mejorar, como la temperatura del agua en un par de baños o el número de utensilios disponibles. Pero la experiencia de toda la familia fue de lejos muy positiva.

The house is absolutely beautiful, well appointed with everything we needed for a week. We were a group of 10, and the house had lots of space to spread out. It's laid out with 2 bedrooms on the mainfloor with main kitchen, table and couches. Upstairs has 4 more rooms with a smaller kitchen, so worked very well for our group. It's a short walk to fifth Ave. The area felt very safe and was very comfortable. The pool was nice to have, we swam pretty much everyday. It's about a 2 minute walk to the beach, and has great views from the rooftop deck. We asked a few questions of the host while there and they were very responsive, which was really reassuring . We would definitely stay again!

Casa Vista Del Mar was the perfect spot for our family this summer! We stayed for 2 months with two children and loved the pool and location which was a 5 minute walk from town. The beach was covered with seaweed so we didn’t go often but it was great being across the street for convenience. Gisel was so good responsive to anything we needed - highly recommend this property

We had a wonderful spring break at Casa Grande. It's an amazing place, looks even better than the pictures and very spacious and roomy. Location was ideal - there are no houses in front of it, so you get an un-interrupted view of the sea which we never got tired of. The beach in front was amazing, and had very less seaweed while we were there, and it got cleaned up I think on a weekly basis. Restaurants, shops along the famous 5th avenue were a short 10-15 walk away along a very peaceful and secure gated community. And for days where we were tired from hanging out at the beach, Uber eats was always a convenient option. Mercedes and her team were excellent hosts - very responsive and quick to resolve a couple of minor improvements we suggested. We loved our time there, and would love to come back and stay at this property in future.

This place was wonderful! We rented out the entire space as a group of 12, and even with such a large group, we never felt cramped—it is very spacious. The property was spotless upon arrival. Each of the three kitchens were stocked with all the necessities, including clean water, a variety of spices, and modern appliances, making it easy for us to prepare meals together. The common areas, outdoor/pool space, and rooftop terrace were all perfect for our needs. Henny was also very responsive and accommodating, ensuring our stay was seamless. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would highly recommend this place for large groups looking for both comfort and convenience!

We had an amazing time, the house was very comfortable, and we felt safe! Nice big rooms, and a big balcony for privacy. We hope to return next year and rent this house again. We absolutely loved it!

Marc's place and team (Laurice and Stephane) were exceptional. We had an amazing time and they went above and beyond. Amazing hosts. The house is in a sweet spot and was a joy to stay in. The outdoor area was great to hang out in the evening and watch the iguanas and raccoons (a familly.of seven one night!). I cannot recommend this place enough. Thanks guys !

Had an amazing stay. The villa was beautiful & clean! Just a few minute walk to the beach. Sergio was fantastic! Very helpful and caring. Would definitely stay again.

Great location! Nice views from the roof top pool and a few minute walk to the beach through the pretty community of other villas. The beach is a great to lay out on and we also walked from the beach to the center of town which was great if you like a longer walk. The villa was in a private community with a security check in so you felt very safe. Mariela answered my many questions and gave recommendations for activities to book.

We had a wonderful month at Casa Molly, beautiful home, and fantastic outdoor space with a great pool and covered outdoor living area space. Beto was great and answered all of our inquiries about local restaurants, shopping and recommending spots to go to. Quiet neighborhood, and walkable to shopping beach clubs and restaurants. I would definitely recommend!

Enamorados de la casa, viajamos con niños y la casa está muy cómoda para la familia tenía todo tipo de utensilios, y un hermoso jardín, el anfitrión muy amable y siempre contestó rápido nuestras dudas, la ubicación es alejada de la zona centro pero perfecta para un descanso con calma y muy cerca de las playas menos concurridas de la isla! Definitivamente un lugar que recomendamos y al que regresaríamos 🫶🏻

Villa Ikal is located in a different, but better I think, locale that is shown on the map. It is close enough to beaches and easy walk to security gate and greater Playa del Carmen. The little shopping center in the other direction is particularly nice. Pool is cool and clean as well as the entire development. Received around 50 emails from Minerva so she is definitely very communicative. Provided everything she said she would. No problems.

Carlos made the stay 10x better, he is the security guard. Right down by the strip so a walk to anything. Giant place and was a very enjoyable trip!

This is the second time we stayed in Costa del Sol. My family and I loved this area! There is a dock for any boat to us pick up on. There is a parking spot for a rental car if needed. Security on property 24/7 so always felt safe to let my young child run freely. Enrique, the concierge was extremely helpful full and attentive to all our needs and wants. This house was fully equipped with everything needed, not only kitchen items but children’s beach toys. The only downside was the beds being harder than we are used to but that is our personal opinion. Thanks Rodrigo and Amber for the lovely stay.

This place was wonderful, and exactly as described. The hosts were very communicative and helpful. It is worth getting a Geo coordinate / pin drop for Google maps. The address is something that Google seems to struggle with, or at least it did for us. Thankfully, the host was able to help us find the residence in this way immediately upon request.

This 2 bedroom unit was amazing. Had everything one could want and came with a million dollar view. Watch the sun dip in the sea right from the deck. Thoughtfully furnished. even places to hang wetsuits and towels to dry. A/C in every room, ceiling fans, or just open the windows (screened) and enjoy the breeze. The key to the success of this property is its owner and manager: Mr. Memo, who lives on site and is always available. Memo is the true heart and soul of this fantastic gem of a place. He has been so very helpful even before we arrived, answering the many questions we had. When the car ferry we booked cancelled the sailing on New Year’s Eve, Memo allowed us to use his car, a late model low mileage, beautiful sedan. We wanted to go snorkeling, Memo connected us with a top notch operator for a private tour. He helped us with so many recommendations that our stay would honestly had not been the same without Memo. No wonder many of his guests are regulars and fantastic folks.
