Un quartier de Venise paisible, rempli de belles découvertes, d'excellents restaurants locaux loin des commerces axés sur le tourisme. Mais aussi situé tout près d'une station de bateaux bus pour visiter toutes les principales attractions de Venise. Et l'appartement est tout simplement charmant. Mariangela è una Super HOST! Meravigliosa!!! Tutto perfetto dall’inizio alla fine! Come stare a casa per l’accoglienza e la disponibilità davvero incredibili! Abbiamo soggiornato in questa bellissima e spaziosa villa, le camere sono ampie e splendide, ben organizzate, letto comodissimo e bagno in camera, TOP! Noale è un borgo fortificato bellissimo e strategico: vicino a tutto, da Venezia alle Dolomiti alle ville Palladiane ecc.. Per Venezia c’è un treno comodissimo attaccato a casa e in 20’ circa ci si arriva senza il problema del parcheggio (che è disponibile e gratuito nel giardino della villa!). Che dire? Grazie Mariangela, torneremo assolutamente e ogni volta sarà per un tour diverso in quel territorio straordinario!!🙏

It was a very pleasant stay. Firstly, I would like to express my gratitude to the host for reserving breakfast for us; the bread and jam were both delicious, and the kitchen was very suitable for our family to cook by ourselves. Secondly, considering we brought children, the host prepared a brand new and clean baby crib for us. Each bedroom was very comfortable, suitable for family trips, and the host living next door gave us a sense of security. Thirdly, it was very convenient for travel, with both public transportation and the train station being nearby, and there were supermarkets and breakfast shops nearby, which were very convenient. Finally, I would like to thank the host for allowing us to check in early and leave later, which brought great convenience to our family with children. Thank you very much.

The place is very beautiful and clean. It was well equipped with all amenities. The garden was so peaceful, I had a nice time reading. Paola and her husband are both very nice and friendly. They even dropped us at the railway station. Venice Santa Lucia (centre) is easily accessible by train. I fully recommend this place if you want quiet time outside of the very busy centre of Venice and also visit the city centre during the day.

Très bon séjour à Lido. La localisation permet d’être à deux pas de Venise (accès facile et rapide avec le pass vaporetto) tout en restant au calme. Anna est vraiment très accueillante, la chambre est grande, salle de bain privée et l’utilisation de la cuisine est possible. Logement très propre.

Très joli appartement dans un quartier très sympa et facile d accès. Nous avons passé un bon moment en famille (avec 2 ados). Les restaurants et commerces sont tout près ainsi que les arrets de Vaporeto. Je recommande ce logement.

Esperienza eccezionale! La casa è perfettamente curata nei minimi dettagli, pulitissima e dotata di tutti i comfort, inclusa colazione e beni di prima necessità. Oltre a godere di tranquillità e pace assoluta la posizione della casa permette di raggiungere facilmente Venezia e Padova in auto. Sara è stata incredibilmente gentile e disponibile durante tutto il soggiorno.

Muy recomendable!!! Las fotos no le hacen justicia, el departamento es mil veces mejor en persona que en fotos, muy cómodo y súper bien ubicado, está muy cerca de la estación Santa Lucía y se llega rápido a atracciones turísticas, muy limpio y cuenta con todo lo necesitarlo para una estancia cómoda, además las escaleras son de buen tamaño y no hay que hacer grandes esfuerzos, lo único que no me encantó es que se encuentra justo arriba de un restaurante, entonces la recámara principal siempre huele a comida, fuera de ahí lo recomiendo mucho

This was our third stay with Adriano and as always it was fantastic. He is a great host who is responsive and always available. The location is perfect as it is on a quiet canal but easily accessible to everything Venice has to offer. Adriano set up an early morning water taxi to the airport and even met us at 6:00am to say goodbye and make sure we got off okay. The price is right, the location is great, and we think you would be hard pressed to find a nicer host. He treats us like family and the fact that we have chosen his place three times says it all. Thank you Adriano.

Ernesto’s place was perfect for our 1 week stay. Away from the crowds, on a quiet, tree-lined street facing a canal, easily walkable, and very close to a vaporetto stop. His kitchen is the best stocked in any Airbnb we’ve stayed at recently. He was charming and friendly. We would definitely recommend this little gem of a place. Thank you Ernesto!

Tutto perfetto. Appartamento nuovo, posizione ottima. Il signor Andrea persona molto cordiale e disponibile, compresa la sig.ra delle pulizie, conosciuta prima di andare via permettendoci di usufruire dei servizi fino a poco prima di partire. Sicuramente consigliatissimo.

Excellent séjour a Venise. Le logement proposé par Marilia est très bien placé. Facile d'accès, on peut tout faire à pieds. Marilia avait donné toutes les indications nécessaires pour notre arrivée.

Beautifully renovated apartment within 5 minutes walk into the heart of Venice. Guido was really helpful giving clear instructions on how to get from the airport to the apartment, well in advance of our arrival and one of his colleagues even came to meet us to let us store our luggage until the apartment was ready. If you are coming to Venice, would definitely recommend staying here, couldn't ask for a better host.

Elide is the perfect host! Her B & B had everything I was hoping it would have and more! She had asked me to message her when I got onto the Vaporreto (water taxi) from Venice to Lido. When I arrived, she greeted me on the street w/ a big smile and a warm welcome. She then proceeded to tell me everything I needed to know about her B & B, Venice, transportation, etc. The place itself was extremely well kept with very nice sheets and plenty of blankets. I had been a bit confused in the listing about whether this room had its own bathroom but, true to the listing, it does! There was hot water each morning for my shower and Elide prepared a delicious breakfast each day. In addition to all that, there were so many little things that made my stay more enjoyable like posted restaurant listings, books about the area, snacks, etc. All that plus the fact the Elide is so warm, responsive and detail-oriented. I really enjoyed my stay and hope to come back again soon! Highly recommended!

Notre séjour chez Antonio à été très agréable. Son appartement est très bien situé à 6 minutes à pieds de la gare et juste à côté du grand canal. Antonio à ete très accueillant et nous a donné de bons conseils pour les visites et les restaurants. Merci !!!

Es war alles fein und wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut und die Lage der Unterkunft (wenn man zur biennale will) ist top!

This place is a gem!! It is so easy to get to and from the train station and the bus is only 2-3 minutes walk. It is beautiful, modern, clean, and well equipped. Natalia even left us a lovely welcome gift of Prosecco. The room is spacious, bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is well designed and there is a small safe. In the morning there is a lovely breakfast of yogurt, fruit, pastries, juice and coffee to start your day off right. Natalia does not speak English well yet, but she understands perfectly and uses Google translate like a Pro! We had all our questions answered, she made recommendations for restaurants and even helped us print some documents we required. Another valuable plus for us is that we were able to store our luggage for a few hours so we could enjoy Venice a bit more. The train to Santa Lucia station is only 10 min from Mestre, so if you want to have an amazing stay but not pay Venice prices, I would recommend this lovely place!

Angelo collected us and delivered us to and from the Vaperetto. He helped us relax from start to finish. You need to persist with the keys as they are not easily engaged. 4 turns right gets you into the bnb. Taking the bus Was no problem as about every 15 mins. . The best lie out beaches need a bus journey as the beach near the bnb is just a thin strip. The rooms are all fresh and the auto shutters completely shut out all light. Neighbourhood at night very quiet. Thanks Angelo

This place is one of a kind! I highly encourage you to book a stay with Nicholas while visiting Venice. It is very conveniently located in a charming and quieter part of town compared to other super touristy parts in the area, making this a great place to come home and relax to after being in crowded areas all day. The property is stunning, right out of a painting! Photos do not do it justice. Nicholas is a respectful and caring host and he is also a painter and has his work displayed in the house, making it even more one of a kind. Also, the breakfast offered each morning was a great touch. Would definitely recommend this stay to anyone!
