We completed this full top-to-bottom renovation in June 2016 with all the details to best anticipate your needs, as if we ourselves were staying there. This is a quiet top-floor 2bed/2bath condo that comfortably sleeps 5 (1 king, 1 queen and 1 roll-away bed). The kitchen is immaculate and fully stocked with brand new appliances and everything you'll need to cook a feast. In the living room, enjoy lots of comfortable seating, a cozy gas burning fireplace, a large flat screen TV, or relax with a glass of wine on the private patio. If you prefer to be outside, soak up the sun at our impressive pool or enjoy any of our 2 Jacuzzi's. The condo comes with 1 parking spot, but the community has ample free parking if you need more. The location is in the beautiful Ritz Pointe guard-gated community, a 3 minute drive to the nearest beach or a lovely 15 minute stroll down an exclusive path that begins in our community, goes past the Monarch Beach Resort golf course, and down to the sand. Take a 5 minute drive to beautiful downtown Laguna Beach or Dana Point Harbor. There is also a open air trolley at your service less than a mile from the condo ready to take you into Laguna Beach for free. The condo is also conveniently down the street from Cinepolis Luxury Cinemas, Starbucks, 2 grocery stores, and many great restaurants. The condo is easily accessible and located on the ground level, so there are no stairs involved. The parking is a covered carport located a few steps away from the condo front door.
