Place was perfect for me my husband and pup. Easy check in and out, clean spot just as pictured, with great amenities.

This was the perfect spot for our family weekend in Phoenix to visit my son. Great central location—close to Castles N’ Coasters and a short drive to the West World Equidome Scottsdale for an MMA event , and The Buffalo Chip Saloon to catch some Bull Riding. The 3-bedroom unit was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We loved relaxing on the patio overlooking the lake with ducks and geese, and the walking path out back was a nice bonus. The host was responsive and very accommodating, even allowing an early check-in which made our arrival smooth. At $603 for 3 nights, it was a great value for the area and size. We’ll definitely save this place for future visits. Highly recommend it for families or small groups!

Very clean, spacious and well equipped unit. Kitchen was very up to date. Everything was tidy and had a nice aesthetic. Proximity to the lake is wonderful yet felt very private. Great communication from the host.

I had a nice stay here. The place was comfortable and the pool/outside area was pretty. If you’re ever curious how soft it feels sleeping on a cloud filled with baby chinchillas, then this is your place! Top notch pillows!

We enjoyed our stay in Chandler very much! The location was great and near some good restaurants. We loved the lake and enjoyed walking to a local office shop as well as taking in some sights. The heated pool and hot tub were great, especially the one with the lake view. We didn’t use the pickle ball courts but it was nice to have them located right there if you wanted too. We also enjoyed having the kitchen stocked with most everything you could need to cook with. We would highly recommend staying here and would love to come again!

Staying at Spencer’s place was an awesome experience. The check in instructions were easy to follow and I would refer it to friends and family.

No frills (not even a cactus postcard on the fridge) apartment. Clean, spacious, accessible. Nice charming neighborhood. Very walkable and youthful. Prized for location and relative quiet.

This house was perfect for a quick getaway with my family. My oldest son fished his heart away and my youngest swam in the pool all day long. Our host made sure the pool was heated per our request, and it felt so good on the couple of days it barely got up to 70 degrees. Brandi responded quickly to all of my questions. The neighborhood was conveniently located near good restaurants and shopping. We plan to return, thanks for a great weekend!

10/10. The pool/spa/outdoor space was wonderful. A perfect space to relax and unwind. The inside of the house is very classy, clean, and comfortable. Would absolutely recommend this space for both a romantic getaway or for a small group/family trip.

Beautiful house! Paddle boat was so fun on the little lake out back. Hot tub only worked one of the three nights we were there. Disappointing because the heated tub and pool is main reason why we chose this house. Also needing to pick the 3-hours to heat the hot tub and 8-hours to heat the pool was not something we understood before choosing to rent. Regardless, we had a nice time and the hosts were very nice.

Megan was a super host for sure! From the time we walked in we felt like we were at a 5 star resort. It was so clean, beautifully furnished, and the patio and pool was just sparkling, ready for use. We loved that the pool was heated to 90° and was INCLUDED in the cost of the stay! Megan was so easy to contact and she was so responsive to any questions we had. The neighborhood was quiet and safe! We had our kids with us and went on several walks around to the nearest stores and the super yummy donut shop down the rd. DAILY DONUTS. Not only were all the beds so comfortable, but the house was also spaced out enough that the bedrooms were quite noise proof from the family room. The kitchen was great to cook in; so great for entertaining with the family. If we ever come back to the Avondale area, we would love to stay here again. It was a 10/10.

Rubel is an amazing host, easy to talk to and quick to respond. The house is well equipped and extremely comfortable. The quiet backyard is a great place to wake up in the morning while watching ducks, geese, fish and turtles in the pond. The location is perfect, close to eating and shopping. My family and I had a great time and highly recommend this home.

If you are lucky enough to see availability at Tom’s place, I would jump right on it. Tom is by far, the best host we have ever experienced. He is very proactive, responsive, professional and kind. I would stay at any property where Tom is the host. The house is absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed to be comfortable for our one month stay. Tom repeatedly checked in to see if there was anything else he could do to make our stay more comfortable. The house was spotless and was stocked with all the amenities we needed. The backyard is especially beautiful with private seating, and a beautiful view of the lake. We used the pool a few times and it was fantastic and there is also a hot tub making it feel like a resort. The location is top notch as it is walking distance to all the restaurants and shops in downtown Gilbert. The community was safe and we never worried about walking at night. I look forward to returning the next time I am in the area.

Great place to stay!! Very clean and secure. Lots of stuff in the kitchen to make meals. Beds were very comfortable and nice hot showers. We didn’t do any activities on the property but there is a lot to do if we had more time. Had to communicate some with the owners and they were prompt and very friendly. I will definitely stay here again!!

The place was clean and had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Great location, walkable to the park and lots of nearby restaurants. The pools were refreshing and the gym was a nice bonus. Thanks for a great stay!

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I love when an older building is rehabilitated for future use. Inside was very modern and clean. Pool and canal were nice views. Wi-Fi, shower, toilets, and drains all functioned perfectly. Bed was sturdy and comfortable. I would stay again. I would recommend.

Derek’s place was very conveniently located, just off the highway but never heard the hwy noise, golf course and car dealerships in-between.

Cannot say enough how helpful Evan was in getting me checked in and responding to my questions. Very clear instructions and the condo is comfortable and in a great location. Would definitely stay here again.

Alan’s place was great. Stayed for over a week. Quiet, convenient, incredibly clean! Hopefully it’s available next time I’m in town!
