Easily accessible from the M1, M25 & A1M, it is an excellent base for exploring Herts & beyond. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed & the other with bunk beds. There is off street parking for one car.

A 10 minute stroll to St Albans City mainline can whisk you to London St Pancras International in 18 minutes. Happy to recommend where to go based on 20 years living in St Albans !

You will have your own entrance, Private bedroom, lounge and bathroom and the kitchen is for your use but we do have access to the kitchen area as we occasionally may need to pop in to access the washing machine, but you will barely see us! This fabulous studio is within easy access to the M25 and M1 (both only a few miles away) and is less than a mile away from the mainline station in Kings Langley. It is an ideal location for visitors to the Harry Potter studios in Leavesden (approx 8 minutes by car). It can accommodate two people in a Superking bed making it ideal for couples, (not suitable for toddlers or very young children).
