The set up of the place and location is convenient for my trip purpose. The host is very responsive to my request during my stay. Highly reccomeded!

The Flat/Studio was amazing, super clean and felt like home. to be honest, the pictures dont so this place justice because its truly better in person. the place has alot of windows so it gets good sunlight, not to mention that its surrounded be beautiful trees. David was very responsive, flexible and a great host. next time Im back in the city, I am definitely staying here again. 🙌

Our stay was great! Check-in was super easy and the place was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and felt very safe, with lots of nearby spots to grab food or drinks. We especially loved how close it was to Downtown Sacramento, which made it really convenient for us to explore the area. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Cool spot in old downtown Sac - literally steps away from the Capitol, and within blocks of all the great restaurants and bars on J street. We stayed for a concert at the Sacramento Memorial Auditorium, and it was an easy 5 minute walk. Right in the middle of everything, but on a quiet tree-lined street, with easy parking. Nice roomy and fully stocked kitchen, washer and drier, huge closet, and cozy bathroom. We kinda wished we were staying longer!

The cottage was lovely. Danika was very welcoming. We will definitely be back with a big group and take advantage of all the cute cottages that Danika has. Coloma is a cute little town, some good option for breakfast/lunch and dinner and we had a great time rafting. Loved everything about it!

We enjoyed our stay with Suzie. Great communication, wonderful neighborhood, very clean and just what we needed for our visit. Thank you for opening your house to us!

Beautiful stay and location. Walked to local parks and was an easy stroll to the Golden1 Center for a Kings game.

our stay was amazing and it was the perfect little home away from home. not very lounge worthy but it's definitely a cozy little place if your active and going outside adventuring all day. but if your a home body and wanna relax the couch and bed weren't the most comfortable but we overall very much enjoyed our stay as we were exploring beautiful sacramento and coming home to our cozy Lil spot overall I'd give it a 4.5/5 very responsive and helped with anything we needed. would definitely stay again

We had a lovely stay. Comfortable, pleasant backyard, cool kitchen, and very nice bathroom and bathtub! I appreciated the electric candles and the bath tray. Made a stressful time a little more relaxing. Thank you!

Iris is very responsive and friendly. Iris will do as much as she can to make your stay comfortable for you and your family. The house was a real godsend for us, our house had serious water damage and my family and our pets were right at home for 6 months. The home was stocked with everything we needed. Thank you again

We loved how close this home was to the river and Old Town. It is secluded, and thought close to the train tracks, the complimentary ear plugs helped us get a good night's sleep in the comfortable beds.

Ideal for our needs! Stayed 5 nights. Friendly responsive host. Water pressure is low in the kitchen but didn't affect the shower. I didn't catch that the private suite isn't pet-friendly so we had to rearrange our plans within our group but worked it out no problem - my error but it was clearly indicated at the home to avoid mishaps. Would definitely stay here again if in need of group accommodation. Thanks, John

Absolutely loved Tony's home! I traveled from Florida while my parent's, sister's family and brothers family traveled from WA state (8 adults and 2 kids). We felt right at home! Wish we stayed there a few extra day!!! This is a new home, very clean, and the best part is there is ABSOLUTELY NO FUNKY SMELLS!!! Loved the whole atmosphere of the home! We love to cook and that kitchen was perfect for it! The only downside, is I wish they had bigger frying pans and cooking pots. I ended up buying a big cooking pot to make soup for all of us (family was able to take the cooking pot with them), and we ended up cookimg bacon in one of the pots that the Air BnB provided. Other than that no complaints at all!!!! They have great washing/dryer machines!!!!! We will be coming back to California for another wedding and will most likely book this Air BnB if it will be available! Tony! Thank you for allowing us to stay and for the incredible experience!!!!

What a beautiful and historic Victorian home!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was wonderful. We enjoyed exploring the neighborhood and found plenty of great restaurants and coffee shops. It was a fun and relaxing visit to Sacramento

Loved Mark’s place! He was very nice and responsive. Place was quite clean, had a great backyard with lights and a fire-pit that we loved)! Place was a little smaller than expected, but it still looked very nice🥰. Quiet neighborhood. Would go again!

Booked for a festival and enjoyed coming back to a quiet space rather than a noisy hotel. The complex was very nice with a grocery store close by. There are upstairs neighbors but they were not exceedingly loud. It does have a small garage but was able to fit my vehicle in it no problem although street parking is not an issue as there were many spots available. It was very easy to get in and out of and had everything we needed. Place was very clean and communication and instructions were very clear.

This condo is a clean and well decorated one bedroom, one bathroom second floor unit. Bogdan is a very thoughtful host, there were extra blankets, sheets, and towels, which were appreciated for my weeklong stay. I also noticed condiments and single serve coffee creamers were provided along with a small basket of books/toys in the laundry closet if you have a child visiting/staying with you. The location is in a very nice area, close to both shopping and restaurants. I thought the bed was comfortable and the shower was fantastic, and I also really liked that the entrance’s door lock code was tailored to me personally, making it easy for me to remember and difficult for others to figure out. I’d recommend staying here, and definitely book again.

Mony's place was very clean and beautiful. It is located in a charming housing complex, and is a few minutes walk to a shopping mart and various restaurants. The complex has a gym, which made working out during my stay very convenient. I'd be very happy to stay here again on my next visit.

We were absolutely thrilled with our stay. Directions to the lockbox were specific, the penthouse was very clean and welcoming. The location is within walking distance to many great restaurants. Our welcome book from the host, Douglas was super helpful. We would absolutely stay there again the next time we’re in town. Thank you Douglas for being such a gracious host!

Robyn’s place was perfect for our visit to Golden 1 to watch the Kings play. It was easy access to the arena, safe, clean, and quiet. Would stay there again!

I loved my stay at Susan’s! Was very easy to locate and get inside. Susan was responsive and the description of the stay was accurate. Great location with a trail running behind it.

We had the best stay at this airbnb. Mike has thought of everything! Incredibly thoughtful touches and amenities-- nothing he hasn't thought of and they really prioritize making sure you are taken care of. We felt right at home and had everything we needed and more! We really enjoyed the gym and hot tub that were in the building as well as the gated parking structure with a reserved spot. The condo is walking distance from everything-- coffee shops, restaurants, bike trails, transit, everything! Couldn't recommend staying at this place more, you wont regret it!
