Warneet retreat is a cosy little home away from home. It's ideal for couples or singles. It has a queen size bed and a sofa bed. Well behaved dogs are welcome! It's separate from the main house and has front and back doors, a fenced deck and barbecue area. There is a hairdryer, ironing board and iron supplied. The kitchen has a large fridge, electric cook top and microwave oven. Relax in front of the 50 inch TV, watch Netflix or play a game.The retreat is heated and cooled by a split system.
Warneet Retreat is located in the small, friendly coastal village of Warneet, which is situated on Westernport Bay. Step outside your door and across the road to a small beach where you can swim at high tide. There are walking and cycling tracks along the inlet or through bushland. (I have bikes you can borrow). The birdlife is amazing. A couple of hundred metres away there is a free tennis court, basketball ring, lookout and oval. (I have tennis raquets and a basketball you can borrow). There is a small jetty across the road you can fish from and free public barbeques.
Warneet is a friendly village of approx 325 people who are a mix of ages. There is a general store, boat ramp, bait shop and cafe in town. You can fish from either the small north jetty or the long main jetty. You can swim at high tide, launch a kayak or boat to explore the various arms of rutherford inlet. In summer the midgies can be annoying at dawn and dusk and if allergic their bites can be very itchy so cover up and spray.

Cranbourne East. It is located next to Cranbourne park shopping centre, Casey Library, Casey swimming pool and much more.
Indoor or out door our beautiful Alfresco Guest can enjoy with a cup of tea/ coffee
All amenities are near by home and great street appeal. Quite, nice and big area. good place for business or traveller around the world. Casey Library, Casey field sport ground & all recreations centre near by us in Cranbourne East.

Tinmans Cottage has just been re-opened after a physical relocation of the unit and repairs. 40 metres away from main house in a secluded location close to famous peninsula attractions like beautiful peninsula beaches, Dromana Drive-In, Moonlit Sanctuary, Arthurs Seat, Glassblowers and wineries. Perfect for families, fishing groups, Cerberus visitors. A great city escape for all.
As mentioned in the description, we have just completed work on the cottage. This may result in the cottage looking different to the current photo's (improved). The cabin is located in a rural setting away from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to local attractions like Mornington, Balnarring Beach,Mt Martha Pillars, Hastings (7.7kms), Moonlit Sanctuary (5kms), Phillip Island, Mornington Hot Springs, trail rides or Dromana Drive In. The culture of wineries, art and music makes this local area a divine choice to visit. Most visitors report to enjoy the quietness, serenity and open space of the property with recent guests confessing to star gazing from the front lawn. We have chickens, a friendly Border Collie named Belle and a Golden Retriever puppy named Peggy on 8 acres which gives a relaxed and country feel. The main bedroom holds a queen sized bed and one set of bunks with a double bed on the bottom in the second room. The lounge also folds out as a divan. We are happy to negotiate additional costs to hook up camper vans etc as part of your group as there is plenty of space. There is plenty of space to park boats and trailers and it is a safe area. There are power lines that run across an easement at the property and a large working shed down the rear of the property. Some people have noted in their reviews that they don't like them so if it is likely to bother you, then unfortunately there is not much we can do. We do not charge a cleaning fee or service fee (except in the case of pets $50) we just ask that you leave it clean when you leave.
It is important to note that we are on a rural property and not in walking distance to shops. Tyabb (4kms away) is the antique capital with lots of opportunities to source a quirky find. The beaches are beautiful with Balnarring, Merricks and Mornington beaches (with beach boxes) only 10 minutes drive away. The Mornington Hot Springs are about 40 minutes drive away and there are plenty of gorgeous walks along coastlines like Mt Martha Pillars etc. there are many wineries, markets and attractions for the kids including tree surfing at Arthur's Seat or Dinosaur World which is literally 2kms away. I like to take a fishing line very early to the jetty at Hastings and watch the sun come up or jump on my 1964 Vespa and cruise around the local beaches. We sometimes head to the Dromana drive-in which is fun or jump on our push bikes and ride them to the Yaringa Marina which is 5km down a dirt track where you will find a little cafe restaurant which we are yet to try out. You're welcome to borrow our bikes. There is also a boat hire place there if you're inclined. There is the Moonlit Sanctuary Conservation Park about 5 kms away where they have night tours of nocturnal animals or feed native animals by day. Animals include kangaroos, koalas, tassie Devils and dingoes. A glass blowing gallery at Red Hill is fantastic, you get to watch the entire process and see some amazing pieces of work and could even book in to do a workshop. Bembridge golf course is also just a hop, skip and a jump away which is apparently a short but fun course (whatever that means). Vesbar is a cool little wine bar in Somerville just down the road that often showcases local music and there's Liberty Yoga close by if that is your thing. We don't really have neighbours as such but we have 4 chickens and a super friendly border collie. Apparently you can watch race horses exercising on Balnarring beach in the water if you're an early bird. I will have a great collection of brochures and information for you on your arrival.

Pikes cottage is fully self contained, consisting of 2 bedrooms, cosy lounge area. The kitchen with full facilities including pantry with basic breakfast items for your brief stay. The bathroom ajoins the master bedroom,there is ample cupboard space for longer stays. There is a fold out bed for that extra guest,that can be set up in bedroom 2 by request.There is a laundry with rear door. The cottage boasts a lovely front deck to sit and take in the country atmosphere.
Situated down a quiet country road, not far from Tyabb township which boasts a haven of Antique shops. This property is at the gateway to beautiful Mornington Peninsula and Western Port Bay ideal for all your fishing and boating activities. Yaringa Marina Restaurant &Cafe is very close by they are open for breakfast,lunch and dinner, so if you don't want to cook it's the place to go it's only a 2 minute drive away, bookings advisable.Enjoy our local Bembridge Golf Course and the award winning Pearcedale Moonlit Sancturary also a short 5 minute drive away. There are many local wineries, beaches, walking and bicycle tracks for your enjoyment. For those wanting to visit family on base at HMAS Cerberus it is only a 15-20 minute drive. Tyabb airfield is also a short drive from cottage,you may wish to book a joyflight to experience all that the area has to offer. Most surf beaches are an easy 20-30 minute drive away (approx).

Situated near the water and surrounded by a nature reserve you will appreciate the quiet location with very little local traffic. There is a good collection of books on many topics as well as movies and music to suit every taste. The animals are friendly and will welcome you as soon as you arrive. You can be as private or as social as you like. Just try and keep the noise down to keep the peace with the neighbours. Please note that wild parties are not allowed.
With 2 big living areas and 2 outdoor entertainment areas there is plenty of room to stretch out without being on top of each other. You will have a private bedroom and bathroom, but the kitchen and living areas are shared.
The birdlife and scenic walks are really spectacular. This is a quiet neighbourhood with young families and retirees. A lot of the locals are keen fishermen and often own their own boats.

One minutes walk to boat ramp where you can watch the fishermen feeding the pelicans or climb the lookout to view Westernport bay. Take a trip to the penguin parade at Phillip Island or go to the hot pools on the Mornington Peninsula.

You and your party will be evicted immediately with no refund if the host have received 3 consecutive high noise level alerts during the quiet hours (10PM – 8AM) from the noise sensor system installed at the property. Any cost incurred during the eviction (such as security patron services, extra staff labour cost, etc) will be paid by you at the scene. Two warnings will be issued before the final eviction. 8. You must not tamper with the noise sensor system installed at the property. The host will have the right to evict your party immediately if a tempering alert is received from the noise sensor devices and your security deposit will be confiscated. 9. You must allow the host or their representatives (including cleaners and maintenance team members), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during your stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and you cannot be contacted in time. In these situations, the host can enter the property at any time without giving you prior notice). 10. Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited. ID Verification Cozy Hosting will keep a photo of your valid Gorvenment issued ID on file during you stay for safety and security concerns. Cancellations Deposits will only be refunded if the reservation is cancelled within 48 hours of the booking confirmation. Full refund of deposit will be offered if the reservation is cancelled at least more than 14 days before your check-in date. Refunds of 50% of full rental price will be made if you cancel between 7 and 14 days before your check-in date. If you cancel within 7 days of your check-in date, a refund will only be given at the host’s discretion.     What a great outlook! In the middle of 10 acres next to a man-made lake, and overlooking native bushland. The property includes established oaks, poplars, gums and wattle trees. Enjoy the walking paths or sit and watch all the birdlife (Teals, Wood Ducks, Moorhens, Coots, Grebes, Egrets, and Spoonbills) in a very peaceful setting. The cottage has 2 bedrooms (1 x king size bed and 1 x queen size bed), reverse cycle air conditioning, tiles and timber look floors. Ensuite bathroom has shower, bath and toilet. There is also a laundry, fully equipped kitchen and an undercover barbeque. The decor is early eighties with a Tessa lounge suite, large TV and a 6-seater dining suite.     ‘Fairwind’ is set in the City of Casey and is situated on 5 acres, approximately 2 kilometres from the beautiful coastal village of Tooradin. Our unit is separated from the main house by a double carport. As we are not near any public transport, a car is a must with ample parking available. It is the perfect accommodation option for a self-sufficient, quiet, relaxing getaway.
    The ‘Fairwind’ unit has two bedrooms with one queen bed and two single beds, both with a double cupboard, hanging space and drawers. The kitchen contains all the essentials and is fully equipped for your cooking needs i.e. stove/oven, microwave, fridge, toaster, ‘George Foreman Grill’, kettle, coffee pod maker and milk frother, blender and cooking utensils. We will also provide coffee, tea, milk (on arrival for short stay visits), salt and pepper. If there are any other cooking items required just ask and we will assist if we can. There is a kitchen table that seats 6. The lounge room has a TV, CD Player, large couch and two recliner chairs for your comfort. The newly renovated bathroom has shower, bath, basin and a separate new toilet. We provide toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, soap, body wash (on arrival for short stay visits), towels, hairdryer, hair straightener,. All linens, including sheets, towels and tea towels are provided. The laundry has a new washing machine, clothes hoist, iron, ironing board and pegs for the outside clothes hoist. There is also a barbecue and outdoor setting which overlooks our property, which you can sit and watch the horses and local wildlife whilst having your meal. There is an air conditioner and heater in the lounge room and a ceiling fan in the main bedroom. Check–in and Check–out is negotiable as we know that sometimes it is difficult to predict arrival and departure when travelling. WiFi is available but at times can be difficult to access. Guests are welcome to use the main house WiFi if this is the case.
    The township of Tooradin has many small cafes, restaurants, including ‘Wings and Fins’, ‘Tides Restaurant’, as well as bistro style dining at the Tooradin & District Sports Club, IGA Supermarket, a newsagent, a pharmacy, a medical centre, a bank, a bakery, and a variety of take away stores and gift shops etc and is an easy drive or walk from our place. Spend time wandering around the walking tracks and mangroves or maybe taking the children to the local playground on the foreshore whilst enjoying a BBQ using the facilities or visiting the nearby Jetty Café for a yummy breakfast or lunch. There is Launching facilities for a boat at the Tooradin jetty, for a small fee, to explore Western Port Bay from the water. A visit to nearby Warneet (10 minutes by car) has the the following services - Boat & Canoe hire - Fishing charters - Sightseeing tours of Western port bay - Swimming available at local beach 5 mins walk away - Wharf with plenty of fishing spots - Yacht club is open Friday nights The area is very quiet, beautiful surrounds with plenty of bird life & walking tracks. Nearby places of interest include: Moonlit Sanctuary Wildlife Conservation Park Pearcedale, Royal Botanic Australian Gardens Cranbourne, Sawtell's Inlet Foreshore Reserve, an old historic weatherboard Fisherman’s Cottage at Tooradin, Blight Bight Nature Reserve, Woodlot Lane Nature Reserve, Rutter Park Memorial Reserve, Tooradin Jetty, Koo Wee Rup Swamp Lookout Tower, Koo Wee Rup Swamp Lookout Tower, Crystal World & Prehistoric Journeys. It is a popular stopping place for people travelling to Phillip Island. If it is adventure you are after there is the Adventure Wings, Commando Skydivers, at the Tooradin Airfield field located 4 km (2.5 miles) East of Tooradin town centre, on the South Gippsland Highway. It is home for the Tooradin Flying School and Fins Restaurant. Tooradin Market is held on the 3rd Sunday of the month. Akoonah Market Berwick is held every Sunday morning at the Berwick Showgrounds and great for grabbing a bargain or just a pleasant wander around looking at the produce for sale and listening to the music.

    Stunning Family Beach House, equipped with all of the modern amenities, away from the hustle and bustle of city life but still close enough to all of the creature comforts for a relaxing time away. Set on a large block, this double story house is beautifully laid out to give the family enough space to relax but also cosy enough to come together for mealtimes. The balcony overlooks the river and the shared spaces are great for entertaining. The property has direct beach/river access and 6 kayaks.
    Downstairs: On the bottom floor of the property, you will find the main lounge, dining and kitchen areas, as well as a laundry. The first bedroom ( 2 single beds), and the bathroom is also located on that level. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with a queen bed each, a sunroom, the second bathroom and access to the balcony. Backyard has private access to the river. Parking: possibility of parking up to 4 cars in the front yard.
    Cannons Creek is less than an hour from Melbourne and is the perfect place to relax.

    A new luxury, alpine-style cottage nestled between the pool and the dam, with an Italian marble bathroom, Smeg kitchen appliances, wood fireplace and a spa bath. With sweeping views from the upstairs bedroom and a balcony through french doors.
    The car park for The Pool House is on the left of the driveway just past the tennis court. The cottage is accessed via the path by the tennis court to the gate through the timber pool fence. Sally makes olive oil and coconut oil soap, shampoo and body scrubs on the property. If you would like to see her range of products, just ask. They can also be purchased from her.
    Enjoy the natural setting (wallabys and koalas used to live in this area but now are rarely seen) abundant birdlife occasionally sugar gliders in the area of Langwarrin South, just 45 minutes from Melbourne CBD, five minutes to shopping centres of Somerville, Langwarrin and Pearcedale and 15 minutes to the seaside thriving metropolis of Frankston. Langwarrin South is at the gateway to the beautiful Mornington Peninsula with its stunning beaches, world-class golf courses, wineries and restaurants. Fishing and boating activities abound at nearby Tooradin, Warneet, Yaringa Boat Harbour and Hastings all about 15 minutes away. And the Langwarrin Flora and Fauna Reserve, Cruden Farm- the home of the late philanthropist Dame Elisabeth Murdoch- Mulberry Hill the former home of the late artist Sir Daryl Lindsay and Lady Joan Lindsay author of 'Picnic at Hanging Rock', and the award winning Pearcedale Moonlit Sanctuary is five minutes away.

    Set on 3ha of garden and native bush, the Sixth Hole is a self contained, single bedroom, rustic log cabin featuring a huge stone fire place. It has wide verandahs with views of the golf course, bbq pavilion and croquet lawn. It also has a sofa bed.
    The large stone fireplace makes this a great place in winter to enjoy a glass of wine with someone special, or some friends. In summer the wide verandahs and trees make it a well shaded oasis out of the hot sun. Sally makes olive oil and coconut oil soap, shampoo and body scrubs on the premises. If you would like to see her range of products, just ask. They can also be purchased from her.
    Enjoy the natural setting (wallabys and koalas used to live in this area but now are rarely seen) abundant birdlife occasionally sugar gliders in the area of Langwarrin South, just 45 minutes from Melbourne CBD, five minutes to shopping centres of Somerville, Langwarrin and Pearcedale and 15 minutes to the seaside thriving metropolis of Frankston.     I have a quiet large master bedroom with garden views. There is also your own living/sitting room and own private outdoor space overlooking gardens. Feel free to roam the 10 acre largely revegetated farm. It's a fantastic launching pad to Mornington Peninsula and Phillip Island.
    Guests have their own bathroom toilet and kitchenette area with bar fridge and tea/ coffee facilities. The area is more or less set up to be self contained minus fully equipped kitchen. An extra single bedroom is available for an additional cost of $55.00 as part of the group booking as well. However the additional cost would have to paid on arrival by guest.

    The cottages: Kookaburra Cottage is a contemporary-style cottage with an open-plan kitchen-living area, with full kitchen facilities including dishwasher, coffee plunger and orange press. The bathroom facilities include two showers and toilets and a laundry. It has a king-sized bed in one bedroom, a queen in the second, a built-in bunk in the third and a dormitory that sleeps six in the fourth (one on a trundle bed). All linen and bath towels, tea and coffee provisions, home made pure olive oil and coconut oil soap and home made cookies are provided for your secluded retreat. TV, DVD and CD/radio provided. The Sixth Hole is a one-bedroom log cabin with a large open plan kitchen/living area featuring a large stone fireplace.     Brand new ranch style home situated on 5 acres of bush land meets country. Plenty of room for the kids to run around with indoor and outdoor play areas. Feed our pony and sheep, Collect our chickens eggs and some fresh herbs from ours vegetable garden. Sit back and relax while the kids run around safely! Lovely walking trails, golf courses, botanical gardens close by. Also central to everything the mornington peninsula has to offer and close to peninsula link to get into the city!
    If you love cooking and entertaining our kitchen has you covered! Quality appliances including a thermomix! Also a bbq area outside in our beautiful gazebo with plenty of comfortable seating!
    Very quiet location with a country feel but still close to all the necessary amenities. Melbourne city (40mins) mornington peninsula (20mins) , Phillip island (60mins) supermarket and locals cafes and restaurants are within 5 - 10mins from our place.
