The accommodation was fantastic and very comfortable. The big supermarket was very close, and we had a lot of cafes etc close by. It was worth the stay. Also, there are plenty of buses that take to the city centre from where one can take a short walk to the beach. Overall, it was a very good experience.

Kate's place is wonderful and was a delight to stay in. You can tell Kate has a good eye for design and the apartment has been decorated with love and attention. We had a fabulous weekend and I can thoroughly recommend Kate as the perfect host! ❤️

Mariusz was an exceptional host, very responsive and clear. Very accommodating to your needs. Views are amazing, great location to local transport. Has access to a gym. We even extended our stay a couple days and that was very easy. Place was clean and cosy.

Deuxième séjour chez Philip au Old Photographic Studio. Tout s’est une nouvelle fois parfaitement bien passé, nous adorons le lieu et son atmosphère ! Philip est très accueillant et d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle. Notre avion a eu beaucoup de retard et il était malgré tout là tard dans la nuit pour nous accueillir. Le logement est d’une propreté impeccable et parfaitement équipé, la vue sur la mer est fort agréable. Nous avons déjà hâte d’y retourner !

We had a lovely stay here with a group of friends. The apartment was beautiful and the host was extremely helpful. There was lots to do in the area with Brighton pier being within walking distance and we would absolutely recommend to anyone. Thank you! 😁

We enjoyed 2 days at Joanne’s beautiful apartment. It’s exactly like the photos, gorgeous, spacious and bright with everything you need. Well equipped kitchen and luxe bathroom. The garden is super pretty! You have a sea view from the living room as the beach is right across the street. We walked everywhere. The free parking is an added bonus. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent host from start to finish. It really felt like Paul cares about his property and cares about his guests. The little touches of amazing fresh bread, milk, coffee, fruit etc were really kind and very much appreciated. I’d definitely stay here again and would highly recommend the apartment. Also the proximity to the restaurants and bars is perfect - not to near to hear the noise but only just a few minutes walk away….. and there are some really great restaurants and bars in the area. Thanks for a great stay.

Great place, beautiful decoration clean throughout and felt right at home. Sarah left us a welcome bottle of Prosecco and breakfast for the morning plenty of condiments butter, jams etc. However my only slight reservation are the pictures of the air b&b I thought we would be on the sea front. Instead it is a short yet simple walk down to the beach.

Lovely comfortable flat and easy to find. The free parking was incredibly helpful too! The bed was very comfortable and everything was included that you could need. The pigeons were quite loud at around 4am but we just stuck some white noise on and went back to sleep ,Also...I really quite like pigeons so it wasn't a huge problem. :) Will was very helpful and communicative throughout - thank you! x

If you're ever in Brighton, this place is located in a great location. Steve's super friendly too and helpful as we were travelling with our little one and he put together the high chair ready for our stay. The accommodation is super clean, baby friendly and perfect for a weekend getaway.

A really lovely, comfortable flat in a great location in kemptown, Siobhan kindly left a dog bed and bowls and snacks for us and had some great recommendations for local cafes and pubs. Lovely little patio too, and such a comfy bed, would highly recommend!

Stephanie's place is located in a perfect spot - 3 to 10 minues on foot to multiple bus and train services, with a few reataurants or groceries nearby, and yet it is in a quiet location at the Telegraph park, outside of the buzzing downtown. The place itself isn't huge but very cosy, nicely decorated with lots of guide books about London (loved several of them). It is a good choice for a short stay. Stephanie is a very friendly and lovely host, I had always a pleasure chatting with her (and her dog 😃), and getting some local recommendations on what to do. In general our stay was fantastic, I would be glad to return here again one day.

Our stay at the Annexe was the best short stay we have ever had. David is such a wonderful host, so friendly & helpful in every way. We felt so relaxed from the moment we arrived, the sun was shining so took advantage of the provided sunbeds & chilled out with a nice cold beer. Was my husband’s birthday so David recommended the Indian, Raipur, a delicious meal, first class. David also recommended a day at Sovereign Harbour so caught the train to Eastbourne & off we went. Again did not disappoint, our first visit here, with sun shining again had a fabulous day & Italian meal alfresco. On the Sunday again on David’s recommendation we went to the local pub, the Castle Inn for a roast dinner with the added bonus of live music, what a wonderful end to such a lovely stay in Pevensey Bay. Fun,sun & dance, what more could we ask for . If you only need a one bedroom stay do not hesitate to book the Annexe, with David as your host you cannot fail to enjoy your stay. Ma fille est restée 1 mois et demi dans le logement proposé par Antonio. Nous avons eu un très bon accueil de celui-ci qui s’est adapté avec gentillesse à notre arrivée. Le logement est conforme aux photos de l’annonce. Les pièces sont spacieuses, on se sent très à l’aise. Rangements adaptés pour les affaires personnelles dans la chambre et la sdb. L’emplacement est très bien desservi par les lignes de métro et lignes de bus pour se rendre dans le centre de Londres. Plusieurs supermarchés se trouvent à proximité et c’est très pratique. Je recommande à 100% le logement de Antonio…

Exceptional accommodation! I simply could not recommend this apartment high enough. The host was very responsive, helpful and great with recommendations. He even left us fresh bread, milk, butter, an overflowing fruit bowl and fresh flowers which I thought was a lovely touch. We had our 10 year old twins with us, they thought the place was super cool and loved the fact that the pool was literally metres from our front door. It was also perfect for children in that there was every kitchen pot, pan and utensil you could think of there so cooking was a breeze, plus there is a Tesco express 2-3 mins walk away for any groceries. The place was spotlessly clean. The living area and kitchen are the perfect layout for lounging and entertaining with friends and family. Location wise I also thought it was spot on in that it was only 2-3 minutes walk to the nearest tube station. Lastly I must note the mattress in the main bedroom, probably thee most comfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on.

We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful view from the balcony to have coffee in the morning and relaxing with a book at the end of a busy tourist day. The entire place felt like our home away from home and we would definitely stay here again on our next visit to London.

Wir waren für 4 Tage zu Besuch in London. Die Wohnung von Kate ist bezaubernd und noch schöner in echt als auf den Bildern. Die Lage ist etwas ausserhalb von London, das Zentrum ist jedoch einfach mit Bus und U-Bahn zu erreichen. Da es hohe Temperaturen waren, kam das Bad im schönen und sauberen Pool uns gerade gelegen. Die Kommunikation mit Kate ist schnell und hervorragend. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen. Vielen Dank Kate!

This flat is not your generic sterile property. It has a style of its own which immediately made me feel comfortable and at home. Most things are within walking distance in a regular London neighbourhood. And once you figure out the bus system (much easier than I expected) it’s very simple to access the rest of the City. Everything was clearly explained and covered in the instructions and stocking pantry items to start the visit was a great extra. Overall a great experience that was not your typical ABnB stay but a unique visit. I would definitely recommend and plan to return. This is a home, not a standard rental

We loved staying at Lisa's place, it was a great location as I was attending a course at the Greenwich Naval College. Handy shops, local rail transport nearby and Greenwich was fab. The weather was glorious and there were many great places to explore and enjoy. Check in and out was simple and Lisa was generous in offering us a much later check out and also providing us with a welcome package of food. Would love to come back for another stay.
