The apartment was great, centrally located, clean and well supplied. The hosts were very responsive and completely approachable with any questions we had. Only tiny downside was the blinds in the bedrooms weren’t amazing and let in a LOT of light. Also, because of the location, it could be quite loud at night. But that’s understandable given the location which was so close to the theatre and train station.

Lovely little place near to the Marina. Great bathroom and the kitchen had everything you’d need for a short stay. Milk in fridge was a nice touch. Not a lot of room to side of bed but good use of the space. Internet and tv worked well. Parking right outside and the place was easy to find. Access to a Bench outside to enjoy any sunshine. Fab weekend

Had a wonderful stay. The flat is stunning and have taken a lot of inspiration for my own. I love how close it is to the train station, town centre and gardens which we enjoyed using. We had everything we needed the kitchen is kitted out so we made food there instead. I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing host and I don’t say that lightly. They provided me with very clear instructions and information from the day I booked. Very responsive, so whenever I had questions they were answered within the hour. Sent all information regarding check-in in a clear format so it was very easy to follow once we arrived. Apartment was clean, free of clutter and matched the description very well. We would definitely book again with this host in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Poolhouse. John and his team gave clear instructions on how to find the property, and even included photos. We loved the fact that it had private, off road parking. Main entrance to the property is accessible and the property is on one level. John was great to work with and even came over to show us how to work the heating and cooling system. This is an ideal property for a couple and just like the photos.

A very comfortable and cozy space with a large kitchen equipped with all the necessary cookware. I cooked many delicious meals there. Also received a lovely gift from the owner!

This was a nice, quiet little flat, quite basic but cosy and comfortable, once we knew how to work the heating! The flat was clean and bright, attractively furnished and generally well-equipped. The beds & bedding were like new and very comfortable. The bedrooms had effective 'blackout'-style curtains to counter the early morning sunlight. The kitchen was well-designed, a little 'unfinished' in paces but with stylish appliances, crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment, but no dishwasher. Efosa was a very good host, responding quickly and supportively to any queries or issues. It is important to note that the flat is on the second floor with no lift, which was fine for us but may not suit everybody. This flat was perfect for our group of four to visit family in Kings Heath and we really enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay Joshua was very helpful when it came to check in and the stay itself was very pleasant. I would recommend staying here and will likely do so myself again.

Adele was a great host! Instructions were clear on how to get in, how to set the heater and the place was clean. There was even a note on Easter Sunday wishing us a happy Easter and there was chocolate. Very thoughtful.

A lovely little flat. Clean, tidy and had all amenities and everything you could need for a nice relaxing stay. Very close to the Coventry canal, which is most definitely worth a walk alongside. Thank you Barbara.

A perfect place to stay! We loved staying here ans couldn't fault it one bit. Clare ans her partner were so friendly and welcoming, with the added bonus of Strudel the dog! Located about 10 mins from Warwick and not much further to Leamington and Stratford, so perfectly located for access to amenities. We would 100% stay again.

Peter was very helpful. The property has everything you need, it’s close to the train station and there’s a big park nearby. I will definitely stay here if we need to come back to Banbury!

I had a great stay at Ana's place! The home was exactly as described, clean, comfortable and in a great location as the center of Birmingham! Ana was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay, making the whole process smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place!

Location was excellent for our purposes (in the center of the city, few minutes walking distance from the University, the market and the railway station) The host was a bit slow in responding before arrival in the UK, but issues regarding were resolved upon arrival at the airport. Overall the apartment was in good to excellent condition apart from some issues which were considered minor due to the relative short stay of 8 days. (One window was very tricky to open and close, the freezer needed some defrosting, one of the faucets had a broken drainer, no towels or sheets were changed during the length of our stay)

Number 12, good to see new sofa and cooker, fridge. freezer would be handy. No plug in sink so difficult to wash up! Bathroom needs repairs, tiles off, leak stain on ceiling, shower screen leaked. Which means water on floor. Please paint stairwell it’s scruffy as you enter, it lets it down. You need to install WiFi please.

This property was absolutely outstanding. We enjoyed every minute and I was actually quite sad when it was all over. The check in process was faultless and easy and the host was without a doubt phenomenal. We are already looking forward to booking again very soon. Absolutely amazing property, thank you for having us x

Booked the place for our employee, suited all his needs.

The host was really responsive and tried to make our stay as good as possible. What I didn't realise is that the place is on top of a restaurant, so will not be very quiet. I believe it is new host, so he is doing excellent so far. The place is small but tidy and excellent for short stays. We visited Leicester for a day and it is a good stay if you like the night life. But if you value your quiet night more than everything, I'll suggest a place a bit further away from the main streets. Overall I like the place and will recommend it for young people who want to explore the city and probably the night life there.
