This is our second time renting this location. Melissa did a great job communicating and even came to install a new TV when I mentioned there was an issue with the TV sound. I was very impressed by her responsiveness and willingness to do everything to make our stay comfortable! I am sure we will stay here again when we return to Sacramento.

This was our third stay. It is an excellent property. Always spotlessly clean. It is comfortable, well located and has everything you need for a stay. Nhi is a wonderful host. Stays in touch often to make sure everything is ok and to see if we have questions. Can't wait to go back.

I stayed at this charming old house for two nights and had a fantastic experience. The home is full of character, with beautiful architectural details that give it a lot of warmth and personality. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged, which made me feel right at home. The hosts were welcoming and responsive, and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing—perfect for a short getaway. I really enjoyed my stay and would absolutely come back again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Deon was responsive and very helpful. The place was very clean and well laid out. Do yourself a favor and enjoy the bathtub.

Great midtown duplex unit that has everything you could ask for! Clean interior, comfortable bed, well appointed kitchen and a very relaxing living area. The rear yard and front porch are also very nice spots to enjoy your morning coffee. Located nearby to many bars/restaurants, it's a very walkable location. The huge bonus is the parking..with a long driveway that fits 2 cars safely, you can't ask for more. Look forward to visiting again!

A nice big home for our family of 3. Quiet nights, a garden where we could hang out and everything we needed in the kitchen.

Super nice place and very affordable. Normally I don’t like to stay in back houses or on properties where the host is also living due to lack of privacy, but this was completely separated and we felt just like it was only us. Very well taken care of and beautiful space.

We absolutely loved our stay. This house has beautiful grounds with lots of giant trees and beautiful landscaping. Very quiet but close to Auburn.

Helpful and responsive. We had a lovely visit and appreciated having our adult kids out for a barbecue and games poolside during our visit

This Airbnb was in a part of Roseville I’d never been too. Cute location. Pool in the back was nice! Would definitely stay here again in the future!

I absolutely loved this house! The house is just as described actually better. The yard is a resort by itself. I felt like I was at a tropical location. Loved this house! The host Maria is truly a Super Host her communication and detail is bare none. She missed no details when prepping this house. Everything we needed was right there. My family really enjoyed staying at Sam’s place - the pool was perfect, the house was super clean and comfortable, Sam was responsive with answers to our questions, the beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms were spotless. The open space right next to the house was a highlight for taking morning walks.

Gorgeous private hidden oasis, stunning heated pool with waterfall, amazing main house, and an incredible pool house all under a canopy of trees. Such a tranquil and wonderful experience. Located seconds from historic downtown Folsom and in a gem of a historic neighborhood. Was able to bring my dogs and my husband and I chose to solely retreat to the fabulous pool house. We had smart cooling / heating, 1 large bathroom with bath tub shower, a half bath in the living room with a gigantic smart tv, a beautiful large dining table with chairs and a bench, a wonderful kitchen with an island, two large balconies, and a gigantic king bed with wood bed frame, also a washer and dryer. The main house was just as phenomenal and bigger, however we chose to stay in the pool house because it was more intimate and cozy for just me, my husband, and dogs. Douglas was an outstanding host and the property is an absolute treasure. I will come back again and will add to my secret list of Airbnbs.

Hands-down, this place was a easy 10 out of 10. I felt right at home. The location is wonderful, inside and outside of the house is so beautiful, surrounded by nothing but great scenery, plants, quietness. In all honesty the pictures does no justice to this home. This home is even more beautiful in person. Sheila was amazing from the time I booked to the time I checked out. I really appreciated her communication as well as opening her home to my group and I. This is for sure one of the best Airbnb‘s. I have stayed at.

Loved this place. So peaceful and quiet. The house was so nice and clean. Everything in the descriptions was accurate. Stayed for a weekend with my family and pets. We really couldn’t spend time outside in the backyard because of the rain, but the when it stopped raining for a bit we did go out and saw how pretty it was. It has a nice grass area and lots of trees. I would stay in this house when I visit Sacramento again.

As expected. Nice and quiet! Instructions were clear and Christian was very responsive and even proactive into reaching out to make sure we enjoyed our stay! Was perfect for its use. Comfy bed, clear instructions for everything & never heard or saw a car come in or out! Didn’t even look like anyone was ever home in the main house in front! Definitely enjoyed the stay and would stay here again when visiting or passing through Sacramento!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely lofted one-bedroom guest house! The space was very clean, and the bedroom was large with an incredibly comfortable king-sized bed. The kitchen was fantastic — fully equipped and perfect for preparing meals. The location is ideal, nestled in a beautiful neighborhood near the river and trails, which was perfect for outdoor activities. The spiral staircase was a bit tricky at first but easy to get used to. Overall, it’s a perfect spot for one or two people. Highly recommended!

Jenny's place was perfect for me and my little dog. We loved the walking paths and the friendly neighborhood. It's just a five-minute drive into town so very convenient. I will happily stay at Jenny's again.

This was the cutest bungalow! We had such a wonderful stay. Adolfo and Stevie were super proactive, giving us all the info we needed, and super great suggestions for local food and drinks. The location is super walkable with tons of great options 1/4 to 1/2 mile from the house. We loved this place and can’t wait to come back!

I have been staying here for a few years. I stay here on average 4 times a year. My dogs love staying here! They poke their heads out the window when I pull up to the gate, and happily bark. We take walks around the pasture. The Hosts' dogs loves to greet us with barks of joy. I love feeding their horses apples. They will follow me around the fence line demanding more snacks. It is in the country but very close to stores. This is a great place for those that want to be out of town but need to be close to Sacramento or Davis. This area is part of the Delta which means water is nearby. Mosquitoes are plenty in shady areas but so are birds. The last time I was there, I did hear a seal!! That surprised me! Peacocks like to make themselves heard down the road. I have seen coyotes in the area. I watched one of the horses chase a turkey out of the pasture. I have enjoyed moon watching many times here. The sunsets are beautiful! The house is comfortable and clean. You can sit outside.

This back unit of the duplex gave my family & I the peace and quiet we needed! Off the bat, Alicia the host was welcoming, friendly and excellent in answering my concerns about the house being a duplex with occupants in the next unit. I was worried about noise level. In truth, we didn’t hear or see anyone from arrival to departure. Large screen tv made movie night fun, as well as game night with provided board games. Check out chores was only to load dishwasher, collect used towels and take out trash. The steep driveway, the neighbors and being close to the road weren’t an issue for us. The pool and jacuzzi put us on chill & relax mode upon arrival.
