Goldcrest Lodge is a peaceful hideaway within secluded woods on the 140 acre historic estate of Wadhurst Castle. It is designed to blend in to its woodland setting, yet is bright and spacious with modern luxuries - perfect for a romantic break, a restful escape or for reconnecting with nature. It has a double bedroom (5' bed) with huge picture window, a central main room with sofa bed leading to a kitchen area and separate shower room beyond. Decking and private screened bath. It beautifully retains the charm and elegance of the surroundings while offering modern amenities to our guests. Located 5 miles from Lewes, quietly sitting in the grounds of our 120 year old cottage and within curtilage of the impressive and historic Laughton Place tower. Little Hawthorn is situated 1 mile from the nearest main road, with access via an unmade, rustic farm track.

The Old Stables is a completely self-contained detached building with its own parking space, in the village of Buxted. The Old Stables benefits from sitting on the edge of a wild meadow where guests are welcome to take a stroll or enjoy the wildlife and peaceful birdsong. There are two pubs, a shop and train station within a 5 minute walk. Set within the boundaries of Ashdown Forest there are numerous lovely walks on the doorstep and the town of Uckfield is a short drive away.

The farm itself is found in the centre of the High Weald area of outstanding natural beauty and is surrounded by numerous castles, Bedgebury forest and Bewl reservoir. In addition to the views, only a short drive away are plenty of shopping towns, a cinema and bowling complex.

Pancake Lodge is a perfect sanctuary with four poster bed and hot tub. This quirky cabin sits amongst a working apple farm with beautiful views across the glorious Greensand Ridge. Guests can relax in the fabulous surroundings and indulge in scenic walks using the many public footpaths that cross the farm. There are also many local walks too. The historic Leeds Castle is a 5 minute drive, many local pubs and restaurants and the south east coast is within easy reach.
