Our home is a grade 2 listed building with large rooms and gardens. It is a perfect location for sightseeing North Wales, Anglesey, Chester, Liverpool and Manchester . We are very close to the beautiful Snowdonia National Park and the coast. Perfect for walkers and anyone who enjoys beautiful countryside. Paula and Simon live on the premises, so are on hand for any help and advice if needed. The guest wing has maximum privacy, but is joined to main house, with access to garden,patio & BBQ area.

On the North Wales Coastal Walk path & 30 mins walk to Angel Bay on the Little Orme. A great base for exploring North Wales or chilling locally.

Davies Cottage, cosy, comfortable base

A perfect base for exploring the North Wales Coast. A cosy and comfortable place to return to at the end of the day. It has wifi, good quality beds and bedding and a full bathroom, with lots of towels! The Point of Ayr Nature reserve is 5 minutes away, Talacre sand dunes and lighthouse, then Prestatyn further along the coast. Ffynnongroew was a mining village, with 2 pubs a few minutes walk away, along with a take away, Post Office and small convenience store. DOGS ALLOWED, NO CATS.

Beachcomber Multiple Pet Friendly Seafront Cottage

Beachcomber Seafront Multiple Pet Friendly Cottage is located in a quiet and private spot on a tiny road with a view of sand dunes and the sea less than a 2 minute walk away. With the sound of the waves in the garden, the location provides for a tranquil and rejuvenating trip! Hot Tubs are also available on request at an extra charge of £125 should you wish to enhance your stay. The cottage has 2 double bedrooms and a double sofa bed in the living room allowing us to sleep 6.

Fab for Snowdonia and the beach!

Our two bedroom cottage is only a 3 minute walk to the beach and approx 20 miles from beautiful Snowdonia making this a great family base for walkers, cyclists and water sports lovers. Sleeping four/five comfortably with one king size bed in the master bedroom and two singles in the second bedroom; we have added a third single bed in the master bedroom to easily cater for a fifth guest. Cabin - Camping Municipal!

Our Cabin has a Queen size bed, a single Z-bed (if requested). There is a mini wet room with Toilet and an Electric Shower. The Kitchen facilities include a fridge with, an electric oven / hob, microwave, a toaster and a dishwasher. We provide a Smart TV and Wifi access. The cabin is separate from the main house. If you need any crockery or cutlery that's not already in the cabin, feel free to ask!

Luxury studio flat with private decking area

A private and fully equipped studio flat with it's own entrance and large sunny decking area, 2 minutes walk from the station which has frequent trains to liverpool (up to 4 an hour), and 5 minutes walk to Royal Liverpool Golf Club, the centre of Hoylake with its many bars and restaurants, and Hoylake beach an internationally recognised birdwatcher's paradise.

This spacious first floor apartment is ideal for couples and has a large lounge/diner, full size separate kitchen, and bedroom with an ensuite shower room. The apartment is one of five flats in our family home, we occupy two and the remaining two are long term lets with a single tenant in each, and we are in general a quiet household.
