Amazing base to go to the beach, walk Balboa, and explore the area!

We loved our stay at Kyle’s place in Malibu. It was in the perfect location, so close to the beaches and everything we wanted to do. The unit was updated, clean and had everything we needed. We would love to stay here again!

Location right in the middle of everything. Easily walkable to shops and restaurants. A minute to the boards and beach. Nice to have an off street parking spot.

Nous avons terminé notre séjour de 4 semaines (visite des grands parcs américains de l’ouest) par deux journées idylliques dans une des locations d’Arabella (Myrtle). En lisant les commentaires je craignais que ce soit bruyant. Mais moi qui suis une maniaque du bruit, j’ai très très bien dormi. Ces cabanes en bois sont chic, ont du caractère et un confort et charme incroyables. J’aurais adoré rester plus longtemps, j’ai cru être au paradis. Mon mari et 3 grands ado sont aussi tombés sous le charme de ce logement et de Laguna Beach super bien situé. Je le recommande vivement.

Our stay at the beach cottage in Newport Beach for our 2nd visit back was again nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we felt an overwhelming sense of peace and comfort. The cottage itself is the perfect blend of charm and coastal beauty—immaculately clean, thoughtfully decorated, and filled with little touches that made us feel right at home. Mornings were spent sipping coffee on the porch with the ocean breeze and the soft sound of waves in the distance, and our evenings ended with breathtaking sunsets just a short stroll away. The location couldn’t have been better—tucked away enough to feel private, but close enough to enjoy all the best of Newport’s restaurants, shops, and beach paths. It was the kind of stay that soothes the soul. We left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already dreaming of coming back. Thank you for sharing your little slice of paradise with us again! This place is super cozy and is located ON the beach. It has an amazing view of the pier as well as the surfers at first point. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had awesome water pressure. Just a good vibe all around.

Great stay! Zack was a tremendous help. Nobu was less than 5 minute walk. We will definitely stay there again.

The cottage was the perfect place for my wife and I to stay for a long weekend! John and Kimberlee were wonderful hosts who provided just enough guidance and conversation to make us feel welcome yet free to use the space. Steps from the beach and restaurants made it easy to walk to almost anything, while longer trips to Balboa pier were possible on the bikes provided! Thank you so much for helping make our trip perfect!

One of the best Airbnb's and hosts I've experienced years being on this app! Alex and his wife were on the ball the entire time with their hospitality and kindness. They went above and beyond to make my trip not just a stay, but an experience. The neighborhood and Airbnb is private and quiet. It's centrally located, peaceful, and clean. Next time I'm in LA I'll absolutely be booking again!

Hannah & Daniel’s place was just what I needed for a peaceful, Spring Break staycation. I was looking to stay somewhere with a pool and the hosts were sure to give my partner and I privacy during the days we were there. The pool was not heated and it was so cold, but the jacuzzi really makes up for it. The peacocks are very present (which I enjoyed), so the description is pretty accurate - you will hear them and you will most definitely see them! We had a great time reading and spending a couple days using their amenities.

One of the cutest, well-thought-out, and most fun places that i have stayed. Even better than the pictures. David and Cindy are wonderful, charming, and helpful hosts. Will definitely look here if/when we’re ever back in this area.

We had a fantastic experience staying at Paul’s home. From start to finish, Paul was an exceptional host; responsive, helpful, and incredibly thoughtful. He offered great local recommendations for our family around Huntington Beach, and when we had a last-minute schedule change, he handled it with empathy and flexibility. Paul was gracious in every way, and it’s clear he takes pride in providing a welcoming and respectful experience for his guests. I would gladly stay at any of Paul’s properties again and recommend them without hesitation. He’s a host of true integrity.

What an incredible place!!! Wonderful walkable location. Absolutely adorable decor, and fantastic, friendly hosts. This the a perfect Santa Monica stay close tot he water and Montana Avenue. We knew the area well and am so glad to have discovered Wendy’s place. We came in late at night and had no problem following directions and getting in. A beautiful welcome amenity was waiting for us. Great local recommendations and beautiful and clean over garage apartment. Very comfy beds too! We would not hesitate to book again.

This is where you go to reset. To getaway and get a glimpse of the beauty of nature right here in CA. Me and my partner could not help but just soak and relax every day. Getting out to the cute creekside restaurant and coffee shop that is only about a 4min drive each was a struggle because of how peaceful this place was. The amenities are amazing, you must use the sauna as it feels like a retreat and total mind body spirit reset. You definitely need a car to access this place but it is well worth it as the drive in the canyon is its own beautiful experience. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Perfect location for us as we have friends in the neighborhood. The little house is beautifully kept and the extra treats from the hosts were so special. Would love to come back when I am in LA.
