Nestled in the country just outside State College, our home features 3 bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths, a sunny kitchen over looking the backyard, a cozy living space on the first floor and another on the lower level. The lower level also includes a laundry room for your use. Guests can enjoy local restaurants in Pine Grove Mills or downtown State College (a 15 min drive). There are also many parks and hiking trails in the area. This is a family home. If you are in town to party, please book elsewhere.

Stream Side Getaway in Big Valley

Stream Side Getaway is located in the beautiful Big Valley along Stone Mountain. This house is on the side of a shop on the upper level. We are close to hiking, bike trails, Raystown Lake, Greenwood State park, and the local Wednesday flea market and livestock auction. There is a small tranquil creek as well as a fire pit and sitting area for you to enjoy. S'mores are a must. :) Our goal is a clean, relaxing atmosphere, and we're just across the lawn if you should need anything!

The house is close to restaurants and stores on N. Atherton, 10 minutes from PSU and downtown State College. Our house is NOT a party house and is a NO SMOKING/NO VAPING PROPERTY. We do not rent to guests under the age of 25 without prior 5 star reviews.
