THE SUBWAY IS A 10-MINUTE WALK AWAY (2 AND 5 TRAINS AT NEWKIRK). MANHATTAN (WALL ST) IS ~45 MINUTES AWAY BY SUBWAY. To comply with NYC hosting laws the host will be present.
