Lodge on the Lake

A quiet 17 acre, ONE room cabin set on a private small lake, fishing, swimming, and kayaking. Equipped with a full kitchen, a grill, 4 OUT DOOR showers, no showers in cabin. Sleeps 4, 1 QUEEN SIZE BED AND 1 PULL OUT HIDE-ABED. There is a $25/PP per day for extra guests , with prior approval by host. Pet friendly. Cameras are on site. 1 at the parking lot, 1 on the side deck, back deck, covered porch, up stairs open covered card/chest room, 2 on the main dock & water, 1 outside stone patio

Private entrance, PLEASE NOTE: you will be walking through the grass to get to the basement! street parking in a quiet neighborhood. No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes.

This property sits on the edge of a bluff overlooking the Potomac River and boasts stunning views, both from within and around the home, perfect for bird watching (eagles/osprey), fishing or just relaxing and soaking in nature, just minutes from DC! PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: The pool and spa are CLOSED from LABOR DAY through MEMORIAL DAY. The official open season for pool and spa is between Memorial Day and Labor Day, please confirm availability (if requesting) outside of standard season.

Our basement apartment offers two roomy bedrooms with full size windows, a full bathroom, and sleeps 5 (possibility of added guests with permission). We boast a very comfortable living room. The stocked kitchenette includes a large fridge, sink, double hot plate, microwave, coffee maker, and all the necessary dishes/utensils. Fire extinguisher, fire alarms & carbon monoxide detector. Safe neighborhood. Close to Quantico. 40 miles to the DC National Mall. NO clothes washer.

Kick back and relax in this calm, well appointed Cozy Cottage tucked away in a private setting. The property offers 2 bedrooms and 1 bath and can comfortably accomodate up to 4 people. The freshly renovated gourmet kitchen is outfitted with quartz countertop, stainless steel appliances, microwave, coffee maker and more. This house is less than 5 min from the Quantico Marine Corps main gate, Marine Corps Musem and less than 10 min from I-95.

The Farmhouse in Historic Occoquan Close to D.C.

This private home is spacious, bright, open, and welcoming. The second floor has 2 master suite bedrooms. One bedroom with a king bed, jacuzzi tub and shower plus a queen bed with a tub. The living room has convertible sofas and air mattresses. The home sleeps up to 10 and has lots of storage. Perfect for families and groups, but no parties please! We have a strict NO pets rule because one of the owners has life threatening allergies.
