Das Haus verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer mit je 2 Einzelbetten welche Sie zu einem grossen Doppelbett zusammenschieben lassen, 3 Badezimmer mit WC, über einen grosszügigen Wohnbereich mit zusätzlichem Schlafsofa und Kamin, sowie einer komplett ausgestatteten Küche und Essbereich für 8 Personen. Kuća se nalazi u planinskom području okružena preljepom šumom. Do grada Otočca ima 8,5km u gradu se nalaze trgovački centri Lidl, Konzum, Plodine. U neposrednoj blizini se nalazi crkva. Na 9m nalazi se utočište za medvjede gdje je ulaz besplatan. Do mora ima 50km. Nacionalni park Plitvička jezera je udaljen 62 km 60min. Nacionalni park Sjeverni Velebit je udaljen 40km 60min. Mjesto je jako mirno ,kuća je na osami skrivena od pogleda. Idealno za obitelji. Na terasi ima roštilj i besplatna drva.

Kuca S&D nalazi se u mjestu Svica,7km udaljena od Otočca. Svojim gostima nudi smještaj, besplatan WiFi, parking te veliko dvorište.
