We loved our stay! The cottage is cozy and comfortable. Highlights: Location: Walking distance to a private beach and even walkable to downtown Hyannis if you're up for a 40 minute walk. Cottage: The house is set up for relaxing with you and your loved ones. We appreciated having lots of pots, pans, utensils, and cutlery so we could cook. Communication: Rich was proactive with check in instructions and responsive when we had questions.

We had a wonderful stay at Scott and Kristen’s place. It is even more adorable and lovely in person and well stocked with anything you might need which is always appreciated! Our kids (2 & 5) loved the bunk beds and playing in the yard and at the small beach down the street. It was so convenient to be able to walk to the water especially with two young children. My husband and I both went running in the area and around Woods Hole and always felt safe, it was so beautiful. Lots of birds. We also really enjoyed nearby Cape South Beach and Cape Cod Coffee in Mashpee. Plenty of great recommendations from Scott and Kristen. Hope to be back again soon!

Jason’s home was clean and very comfortable. Easy to find in a quiet neighborhood and a short walk to downtown attractions and shopping. I found Jason very easy to communicate with, and he always responded quick. Pictures and description of the property were exactly as advertised and he was able to accommodate us with a pack n play and baby gates for my little one. Much appreciated and will definitely stay again on our next PTown adventure.

We booked a last-minute trip and had a fantastic stay! Ariana was incredibly helpful and accommodating—she answered all our questions promptly and made everything easy. The cottage was spotless, smelled amazing, and the beds were super comfortable. The location was perfect—close to shops and restaurants, which made everything convenient. All of our guests were impressed with the place, and we’d definitely come back. I highly recommend this spot to anyone planning a quick getaway to the Cape!

We had a fantastic stay at Bruce’s cottage! Great rustic cottage right on the beach, perfect for a “slower pace” vacation away from crowds and hustle/bustle. Bruce and his wife are very friendly, very available for questions, and were pleasantly flexible with us on checkout timing really allowing us to maximize our last day on the cape. Will absolutely visit again!

Beautiful home (cottage) with every thought and attention to detail to make it feel like home. Immaculate and clean! Wonderful view of the pond with geese that came to visit. We would have enjoyed the beautiful patio, outdoor furnishings and fire pit if only the weather was more accommodating during our stay (rain😢). Would definitely would reserve again if traveling to the area. Thoroughly happy quest!

My partner and I have visited PTown on several occasions now, but this was our first stay at Jason's place. I cannot say enough great things. The space itself is adorable! Everything was well thought out, and made to feel like a home. The bed was cozy, and Jason provided any and all of the amenities you could have asked for. Jason's space is less than a minute walk to Commercial Street, and close to Joe Coffee (along with so many other places). Jason was extremely accommodating, communicated so well, and went out of his way to welcome us. The location alone was easily one of the most convenient spaces we have rented. We would absolutely stay again.

cute little cottage on a cove with that classic old cape look and feel. Plenty of things to do and great food around! the Ice Cream cafe is fantastic! and really liked friends market. Nauset beach is beautiful and the cape as a whole is lovely as it always has been.

Fantastic home that clearly is actually enjoyed by the owners (so no weird surprises like you find in places that only exist as rentals). Well designed space that’s very comfortable to exist in. About a mile to the nearest ocean beach so we ended up driving more than walking but there’s plenty to do with a car.
