Check-in is contactless (a short pre-arrival phone call is required - please see note on taxes under "Show more"). 190 sq feet of space. This room includes a parking spot for 1 vehicle. Wake to sunshine in our inviting Brewster Room (one of two rooms available in our historic home) queen size bed and enjoy the convenience of a private bath. Be aware -- the aromas from something baking in the kitchen for your breakfast may have you up and ready to go a little earlier than you planned! Breakfast served in the dining room or on the deck. Take a walk (½ mile) to Forest Beach or simply relax in the hammock with a good book. Either way you’ll kick back and enjoy your stay

Retreat to Cape Cod Home on Water

Private home built in 1906. Two lovely guest rooms in an ideally Cape Cod home overlooking Nantucket Sound and the Centerville and Bumps rivers. Both rooms have window seats and provide a traditional New England style. You will love the proximity to the ferries, P-Town, Woods Hole, great beaches, lakes, restaurants, theaters, shopping and whale watching. Both rooms have AC. Sorry to say, but my listing is not suitable for children under the age of 12; because of stairs and dock.

The Chicago House is a centrally located traditional Ptown Guest House.. Room 5 is a SMALL room on the 2nd floor with steep stairs. It offers a king bed and private bathroom. A/C, TV, cable, WIFI, refrigerator. On-Site PARKING is at the BACK of our BnB and is not accessible through our street address. When the lot is full, parking may involve tandem spots and you may need to leave your keys with us. We serve our continental breakfast from 8am -9:30am.

Howards End - Room 2-2 (Queen Bed & Private Bath)

Room size is about 150 sqft, with queen bed and private bathroom. Steep stairs warning to whoever may have a concern. The bed of this room is medium soft. Avoid it if you require a firm one. Our guests do not have kitchen access and we don't have TVs in the guest rooms. Please check "Other things to note" section for parking options and cancellation policies.
