Province of Sondrio: aluguel por temporada em vila

Alessio ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber und hat uns bereits vor Urlaubsstart proaktiv über alle möglichen wichtigen Belange informiert. Außerdem ist er sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns Empfehlungen für Aktivitäten und Restaurants in der Umgebung gegeben. Der Außenbereich der Villa lädt dazu ein, viel Zeit im Garten zu verbringen und das lokale Essen zu genießen.

Wir sind ein Paar von 60 Jahren und haben knapp 3 Wochen in der Wohnung verbracht. Wir sind begeisterte Radfahrer ( E-bike) und konnten viele tolle Touren unternehmen. Absolut empfehlenswert ist die Wohnung aufgrund der beiden Balkone, ein größerer vor dem Wohnzimmer, ein kleinerer vor dem Schlafzimmer. Der Blick, den wir die letzten Wochen hatten, ist traumhaft und wir werden es vermissen, jeden Tag auf dem Balkon zu frühstücken. Die Wohnung ist gut aufgeteilt, alles ist großzügig und sehr sauber. Jede Woche bekamen wir neue Handtücher, Geschirrtücher und frische Bettwäsche. Im Bad gibt es neben Waschbecken, Dusche und Toilette auch noch ein Bidet, und in vielen Steckdosen ist ein Adapter schon eingesteckt, damit die Geräte aus Deutschland problemlos laufen. In der Küche sind alle Geräte wie Toaster und Kaffeemaschine vorhanden und auf der Arbeitsfläche ist reichlich Platz zum arbeiten. Wir haben häufiger gekocht und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Elena est vraiment réactive et sympathique. La maison est spacieuse, très bien équipée et agréable. Barbecue, vue et jacuzzi tout est réuni pour passer un excellent séjour. Nous sommes satisfaits à 100%

Dream and charming place, amazing views and very well equipped. the garden and the terraces are magical. the house has been refurbished with very high standards, like a family home. the lake is to be seen from every widow, from a peaceful small village. it is important to note that you need to be in shape as there are a short uphill climbing for a few minutes from the parking lot, but it worth every effort!!! and eva is very kind, many thanks for the great holiday !!

The photos do not do this beautiful little spot justice. We were met by Antonio's mother who lives nearby and she showed us around the house. The house had everything we needed, including towels and blankets for our 2 dogs. The view from the balcony and sitting room is outstanding. The house is situated outside of the hustle and bussle of towns like Menaggio but there is a bus and a ferry that will take you there, just a short walk away. There is also a corner shop as well as a pharmacy 200m away and a few minutes drive or bus trip to a supermarket. There are lovely beaches and walks nearby as well as lovely cycle routes. Antonio and his mother were excellent at communicating with us. We loved the unique features of the house particularly the shutters and coat rack. We will definitely be back! If you looking for a welcoming homely house away from the busy crowds, but close enough to get to the sights, that has a beautiful view and an enclosed garden you won't be disappointed.

Das Haus ist an hervorragender Lage, ganz nahe dem Seeufer und der Anlegestelle von Schiffen. Es ist sehr grosszügig, mit eigenem Garten und Terrassen. Die Wohnung ist komfortabel und bietet viel Platz. Patrick war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir werden gerne ein anderes Mal hier Urlaub machen. Ist ideal, von hier aus Ausflüge zu machen; auch Restaurants ganz in der Nähe.

Abbiamo trascorso una fantastica settimana di relax in questo magnifico chalet immerso nel verde e nella natura, dotato di tutti i confort e privacy, tutto ordinato e pulito e soprattutto completamente recintato, la vista era spettacolare e la zona tranquilla e silenziosa, I miei 3 cagnolini hanno apprezzato il verde che circonda la casa potendo rimanere liberi ed in sicurezza, siamo stati accolti da Elisa in modo puntuale e cordiale. What an absolutely beautiful location and home right along the shore of Lake Como. We were blown away by the hospitality of the hosts from Iwona meeting us and the stocked refrigerator. Iwona gave us recommendations for places to eat in the area and was very helpful our entire stay. We were there off season so the weather wasn’t as pristine but the location and views made up for it. The home is very unique with plenty of space. It was very comfortable. We would absolutely recommend staying here if you are planning a trip to Lake Como and hope to visit again during the summer so we can enjoy all of the amenities!

Roberta was an amazing host, always super responsive with helpful information! The accomodation was excellent value for money, definitely recommend!

Tolle Lage direkt am See - die Bilder sprechen für sich (alle drei Schlafzimmer mit Seeblick!). Wir verbrachten eine sehr schöne Woche am Comersee. Ein Auto sollte aber vorhanden sein: das nächste kleine Dorf (mit kleinem Laden) kann man zwar gut zu Fuss erreichen (sehr schöner Weg!), aber das Haus liegt doch ausserhalb einer grösseren Ortschaft.

Fantastic location to enjoy the como beaches and activities and restaurants and town of Colico Villa itself is fantastic to relax with great outdoor seating and pool area (which was lovely to cool off from the sun but still a nice ~20/22 degrees)

Vila with amazing view to Como lake and mountains. Clean and big private swimming pool. 5 bedrooms, big living room, nice terrace and grill.

Ein wirklich schöner Ort! Man fühlt sich sehr privat. Aus Ausblick und der Garten sind fantastisch und der Pool war sehr gepflegt. Das Haus war gut ausgestattet (Handtücher, gute Küchenausstattung). Einzig und allein der Weg zum Haus ist sehr anspruchsvoll. Es ist zu empfehlen, den Weg nur mit einem geländetauglichem Fahrzeug zu befahren. Ich habe mir etwas die Frontstoßstange zerkratzt (für mich nicht schlimme). Sollte man auf jeden Fall auf dem Schirm haben. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder :)

We spent a lovely weekend here with the kids and some friends. We love Colico and this is a great spot to enjoy it from , though to note you need a car to avoid long hot walks.

Great place to stay. Host was fantastic. Very sociable place and good facilities.

Nous avons passés un séjour idyllique à deux dans le logement très agréable avec une vue magnifique depuis le logement et depuis la superbe piscine . Logement très bien situé pour rayonner sur le Nord du lac. Stefano nous à accueilli avec un grand sourire , nous a montré l'appartement dans les moindres détails et a été disponible tout au long du séjour . Nous recommandons sans hésitation cet excellent logement. Christine/Hubert
