Aside from being just far enough, but just close enough to all the happenings in the city, my newly remodeled private entry, ground level basement apartment offers an escape from the noise and a place to unwind and relax. This custom built home was completed and furnished 2016. Large lot, full walkout basement w/ bar, 5 bed + office with couch-sofa, 4.5 bath, screened porch, beautiful views. Master bed and guest master bed both include en-suite bath for inlaws/friends. There are 4 additional bedrooms. There is a dock with lake access (not great to swimming from shore), and local boat rentals available. 30 mins to downtown Minneapolis/Airport/Stadium/Mall of America. Great small town and quiet neighborhood

Welcome to the Ballinger Suite, a spacious two room unit in New Prague, MN. You will enjoy a private bedroom with a queen bed, tv and sitting area plus a separate living room with, sofa, tv, tech table, kitchenette and murphy bed creating a 2nd private sleeping option to accommodate 4 quests. A 3/4 bath and tile shower is conveniently accessible to both rooms. The property offers stunning views of St. Wenceslaus church and is convenient to main street, restaurants and golf.

Cozy Lakefront Cottage

There are 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, a spacious kitchen open to a great room that is perfect for socializing, cooking and relaxing, watching the ducks swim by. Dock installed in 2025. The lake is quiet, non motorized, perfect for canoeing/paddle boarding. Easy walk to the village and access to bike trails. 1 mile walk to Lake Minnetonka. Dogs require approval - please message about your dog. Interior is updated, exterior gives a rustic cottage feel. There is no dock.

THIS IS NOT the whole home, but is the entire lower level, which feels like one of the units in a duplex. Cabinesque, roomy, close to almost anything you would need, cozy- these are a few words to describe it. You have your own private locked entrance from the garage, where you can park. The door between the levels is locked. This space boasts a gorgeous, new bathroom, new kitchen, huge flat screen tv, 2 large bedrooms, with the dining room and living room connected.

Bless This Tiny House is a 267 sqft Tiny House parked alongside a huge, beautiful deck overlooking the lake! Take the kayaks out on the lake! Chill in the hammock with a good book. Grill burgers and relax by the campfire while the sun sets! The Tiny is especially cozy in the winter! Unplug and play cards in the leisure loft! The perfect setting for a couple's retreat! This picturesque farm with a charming 3 bedroom cottage home will give you the best of what country living has to offer! The home has a true "Yellowstone" feel to it with its style and decor. Feel refreshed when you stay in this rustic gem. The home has one king bed in the primary suite and two queens in the other two bedrooms. There is also a fold out couch with a full-size mattress that is very cozy in front of the fireplace.
