Ideal for walkers, cyclists, bird watchers and anyone who likes all aspects of wildlife, boating and the sea. We are 5 m. south of the historically important University town of Lancaster. Well presented with open plan kitchen, dining and seating area, leading to a king size bedroom and en-suite. Small dogs are with prior approval £10 per stay. This self contained annex is located at the rear garden of a house in a very quiet street. It is located in a perfect spot only 2 minutes walk to the centre of Poulton and the train station. Only 2 miles from Blackpool Hospital 6 min drive (see pics) Good transport links to Preston and Lythan St Annes. Free on street parking is usually available. The annex has private access. It is accessed down a pathway which runs inbetween/ behind the residential properties. Please see photographs.

The apartment is full of character with an Aga and bare brick walls and full central heating . No stag or hen parties please. Free on street parking. We implement the air bnb recommended enhanced cleaning regime.
