Let us welcome you to 100 Acre Wood, a historic farm and working cattle ranch. Owl's House is a private and stylish guest house nestled within the trees and garden and offers 180° views. Our farm store is stocked with our own TX Longhorn beef and pasture-raised chicken and eggs, plus curated with local products. Enjoy pastoral farm life and our private forest trails, or get out and play in the area's abundance of fine dining, wineries, seasonal attractions, outdoor activities, and entertainment.

Cozy Cape on the Cove

Our two-bedroom cape on the tidal cove is a paradise for any birdwatcher, fisherman, or kayak enthusiast. It’s not for swimming though. We are located near any destination you may want (i.e. casinos), yet far enough off the beaten path to enjoy some peace & quiet. Listen to the birds and crickets by the firepit or take out our rentable kayaks for a morning paddle. Dogs welcome too! Pet fee is $50 per stay. Maximum 2 dogs. Maximum of 3 guests. Any unauthorized guest will be charged at $50/each.

This beautiful colonial home, located in rural Preston, CT, is surrounded by a Christmas tree farm and all the natural beauty a 225 acre homestead can offer. Originally built in 1791, this home has retained the colonial era charm but boasts several updated amenities incl. a newly renovated eat-in kitchen. The home consists of 6 BR's (12 guests), 3.5 baths, a formal living/dining area, a Great Room to host any occasion and a Quiet/Work space on the 2nd floor. The 1st floor BR has private BR.
