Conveniently located one block from the courthouse, this house is nestled in a quiet community just off Whiskey Row (Montezuma). There is a lot of privacy and isolation for your full relaxation. This room is a blocked off from the rest of the home and is independent of itself. You have your own private entrance and keyed entry. This space is simply an oasis! There is direct access to the outdoor seating area, where you can enjoy the salt water jacuzzi hot tub, the glass firepit, and BBQ grill.

This is a cozy tucked away guesthouse (located on the backside of the house, through the white gate to the left) It has ALL the amenities you need to cook a great dinner, sit and talk in the living with friends and family, hangout outside and enjoy the Prescott weather. It is 1 mile from amazing restaurants, grocery store, and shopping. (The main house on the property is also an airbnb. Frontside of the house) It is a 2 bdrm 1 bath. Oak Knoll B&B

We're a boutique Bed & Breakfast less than 3 miles to the Court House Square yet you feel like you're in the middle of the woods. Breakfast is served each day upstairs in our dining room partially provided by our chickens. We are pet friendly there is a $30 pet fee per booking due to additional cleaning please be sure to include your pet when reserving. You will have a private fenced yard with grass and a covered outside sitting area and gas fire pit for you to relax and enjoy.

You'll have your own entrance to your living space where you can sit and read by the open window or sip your favorite beverage on the quaint patio and listen to the variety of birds and other wildlife that frequent our quiet neighborhood.
