Cozy villa in Tuscany countryside

Cozy and comfortable stone and brick villa located in the middle of olive trees and vineyards. Maximum quiet and relaxation with the perfect location: only a few miles from Lucca, Pisa and Florence, the beach and other major attractions. Two bedrooms with king or twin beds. Extra bed for child. Sleeps four+1. Spacious living room with TV and DVD player. Large eat in kitchen with brand new appliances, dishwasher. Outdoor furniture to BBQ outside or lay in the sun. Parking for up to three cars. In unit washer. Tons of sunlight. Recently renovated old typical Tuscan villa. The train station is only 10 minute drive and allows you to get to anywhere you want to visit on a convenient day trip so you don't have to deal with traffic. My husband and I are from Milan but spend most of the summer the villa next door and when we are there we are always up for showing you around, share produce from the garden, and come up with suggestions of fun things to do. Available only for weekly rentals or long weekends. Before we have rented the house for a few years through an agency, so I posted the reviews from the house book as images, hoping they can be helpful (last names and addresses have been omitted for privacy reasons).

While away, spend your time by relaxing in the garden, where you will find a barbecue and an outdoor shower to cool down while sunbathing. Discover the beauty of surrounding countryside with a hike and unwind with a view of picture-perfect vineyards! One can also easily go for day trips to many tiny medieval towns scattered on the hills of Tuscany from here!

Tipica Casa di campagna Toscana in pietra con camino, ampio giardino, con parcheggio. In giardino troviamo un barbecue e forno a legna per la pizza. La casa è immersa tra i vigneti e uliveti del Chianti Classico In un piccolo borgo di campagna. Dista 4 km da San Casciano Val di Pesa, 20 km da Firenze, 22 km da San Gimignano e 40km da Siena. Uscita autostrada A1 Impruneta 8km, SGC Fi-Siena 3km. La casa dispone di tre camere da letto di cui una in dependance con bagno e accesso indipendente.

@collecottage is AirBnB as it was intended. Located near the village of Colle di Compito. The cottage is very private, protected from view by hedges. Conveniently located just 30 km from Pisa airport, the cottage makes a great home base for various day trips: 14.5 km to Lucca; 39 km to the beach of Viareggio; Florence or Volterra are an hour away. There is a bus stop a short walk from the cottage and the nearest train stations are Altopascio (12km), Lucca(15km) & Pontedera (16km).

Tranquillo, luminoso, immerso nel verde, con una splendida vista sulla campagna. Costruito con i criteri della bioedilizia, si trova in collina, a 500m di altitudine e a 15 min d'auto da Pistoia. Dal cottage si arriva a piedi anche ad una bella piscina pubblica e alla stazione. Il paese di Castagno si raggiunge anche in treno! Al vostro arrivo troverete alcuni prodotti della nostra fattoria, oltre a caffè , latte, yogurt e pane fresco. Potrete usare la lavatrice e Netflix Tv.

Romantico bilocale, finemente ristrutturato, immerso nel verde dell’incantevole località Monti di Villa - Lugnano: un’oasi di pace a 650 m di altitudine. La posizione riservata della struttura è adatta a coloro che vogliono godere del silenzio dei boschi. Allo stesso tempo è il luogo ideale per chi desidera rigenerarsi con attività all'aperto, come andare in bicicletta o fare escursioni a piedi tra sentieri panoramici e natura incontaminata.

Lovely cottage in the park of a Renaissance Villa

Classica casa colonica di due piani totalmente indipendente inserita nel parco di una villa lucchese del '500, villa Galliani. La casa è stata interamente ristrutturata e ha a disposizione un parcheggio con un giardino privato. Si trova nella zona della ville lucchesi, tra i vigneti con le uve per la produzione del vino Doc delle Colline Lucchesi e gli oliveti da cui si ricava l'olio extravergine d'oliva Dop di Lucca.

Chianti Fienile indipendente

L'agriturismo è stato ricavato da un caratteristico fienile in pietra di 70 mq. completamente ristrutturato e arredato con mobili antichi. Vista panoramica sulle colline chiantigiane con tramonti mozzafiato. Dal 1° marzo al 31 dicembre gli ospiti dovranno pagare una tassa di soggiorno di 2 euro a persona al giorno. I bambini fino ai 14 anni non pagano.
