Amazing central apartment on the ground floor of a modern but historic building (totally rebuild in May 2016). Full of light, this apartment has plenty of space for two guests: 1 double bedroom with big closet area, 1 bathroom, spacious living room (dining and lounge areas), little office space and a cozy deck and PRIVATE garden where you can relax and enjoy some fresh air in the middle of historic Lisbon. :) It is situated in a calm street, yet in a central location. We will provide you linen and towels; the kitchen is equipped with all cutlery, espresso machine, microwave, and washing machine. In the toilette you have a hair dryer, shower gel, toilet paper, etc. There’s an iron in the apartment, etc… you don't have to bring any of those things. There are air conditionings in the room and living room. You’ll have wireless Internet, so if you'll need to connect, bring your devices ☺. We will welcome you at the apartment and share all of our knowledge and recommendations with you. We will also be on hand during your stay – should you have any problems or queries we are only a phone call away. The entrance lobby of the building have 24h security camera, this is a request from the condominium and is full compliance with portuguese law privacy policies We promise you will enjoy your stay, however, be warned! You may never want to leave! Price for 2 people using all the house; you can use the entire home services: Kitchen, Living Room, garden etc. This apartment could be used as a temporary Office, and has great work place. You will get the keys from us personally and we will provide you extra information about Lisbon and the neighborhood. Located in the Santo António district, the home places you at the center of Lisbon's historic architecture and culture. Lisbon Nouveau apartments are located in one of the city main arteries. The nearest subway station is located right in our door front (10 meters away). The south entrance was offered by Metro de Paris and it is called the Guimard entrance, named after the famous Art Nouveau artist, Hector Guimard, best known for the design of Paris Metropolitan Stations entrances. Inspired by the quest for modernity that moved the Art Nouveau artists, our apartments also aim to reflect the spirit of a new and trendy Lisbon, an old and traditional city with a new and vibrating life. In the neighbourhood you can find shopping malls, food courts and numerous restaurants. We are not far from downtown and Tagus River, and you can be there in a very short subway ride. At walking distance you have iconic places like Praça Marquês de Pombal, Parque Eduardo VII, or the Avenida da Liberdade where you can find the most famous world brands, like Prada, Armani or Louis Vuitton, among others. The apartment was totally reconditioned and is fully equipped with all you need for a short or long stay. The bedroom offers a comfortable double bed in one bedroom and two single beds in the other one. The bathrooms are modern and well equipped, and the kitchen is also very modern and functional. Wi-fi and air conditioned are available for your comfort. In the building we have seven more apartments very similar to this. They all are named Lisbon Nouveau apartments, so if by any reason the one you want is not available for your dates feel free to ask for alternatives.
