Residence Jakov offer quality accommodation; you do not have to get out of the yard to access to beach and it is really great accomodation and an exclusive position in Stara Novalja. This appartment is best option for family who like to spend their time outside because it has big beautiful private yard with grill, sink, deck chairs and furniture for dining with chairs and bench. The beach is literally few stairs from the yard. Every guest said it is really priceless and we agree (see photos)! :)

Predivna kamena villa okružena je prostranom okućnicom u mediteranskim stilu i uređena s puno pažnje. Apartman I proteže se kroz cijeli 1. kat, sadrži predivnu prostranu terasu, te nudi nesvakidašnji doživljaj odmora uz spektakularan panoramski pogled na more koji ostavlja bez daha. Unsere Ferienwohnung Sunset-Oase befindet sich in dem kleinen Örtchen Prizna an der Kvarner Bucht. Die Wohnung liegt in Erster Linie am Adriatischen Meer. Die Lagune ist direkt über einen eigenen Treppenzugang erreichbar. Die Ferienwohnung wurde in 2017 neugebaut und hochwertig ausgestattet. Die 15 m² große Terrasse  bietet einen romantischen Sonnenuntergang. Sie ist mit Sonnenliegen, Stühlen und Terrassentisch ausgestattet. Die Inseln PAK (3 km) und RAB (15 km) können schnell erreich werden.

Calm and quite villa with lot of green in big yard and the beach of private characteristics. Only three apartments in this Villa guarantee a pleasant stay without the crowds. The apartments are spacious, with large terraces overlooking the sea and are fully equipped with all furniture, appliances and air conditioning. The beach is accessed by several steps from the yard. It has a sandy part suitable for small children, shade but a concrete pier and access by boat.

Studio apartment for 2 persons is located in our family house, in the ground floor. It has one large bed, small kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace in front of the apartment. The beach is just in front of the house. Bakery and stand with fruits and vegetables are 200m from the apartment. The house is located 15 minutes light walk to the town center. The price includes private parking, air-conditioning, unlimited WiFi, SAT/TV, cleaning fees and local tourist tax.

This is a small, one bedroom apartment that is suitable for two people or a couple ( with maybe one or two small kids). Our little beach is 30 meters away from the apartment, where you have deck chairs and storage for your beach essentials.
