The 2nd floor has an open plan layout with a large deck and water views from every space to make the most of this asset. The 3rd floor has the master bedroom and bathroom with a private balcony for those early morning coffees while watching the changing colors of Amanzi.

We have a sun-room and a little deck in the front perfect for morning coffee and happy hours. The backyard is fully fenced with a deck and a gas grill. The road to the house is one-way, very private. You'll love the outdoor shower! We have a cart, 2 beach chairs and an umbrella for your walk to the beach!

This house was recently renovated to accommodate an open floor plan and modern amenities. We decorated it with lots of vintage and nautical touches. Not only can you enjoy nature from the backyard, but our home is also a very short walk to Hoffler Creek Wildlife Preserve – a fabulous 142-acre nature preserve.
