Nerium Penthouse

Between the beautiful Renaissance and Baroque palaces in the heart of Trogir, lies our apartment. It's infused with modern touches while remaining true to it's heritage, and centuries old features. It is situated on the second floor of the old townhouse. The main gate and courtyard are the entrance to the old townhouse complex, with the old stone staircase leading to the first floor and the entrance of the Penthouse. Another flight of steep narrow stairs leads to the second floor, and attic.

Completely renovated one-bedroom apartment on 4th floor/attic located in pedestrian zone of old town city center. It accommodates 4 guests (2 on king size bed in bedroom and 2 on stretchable queen size sofa with real mattress in the living room/kitchen). Both rooms are equipped with air condition and flat screen smart tv. Kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils, microwave oven, toaster, water heater, coffee maker... Bathroom is private, and wifi is available throughout property.

A beautiful pebble beach is right across the street — just a few steps away. The terrace is shared between two studios, with a designated area in front of each for private use. Please note that during peak season, street parking can be difficult to find, even further from the house.
