Playa de las Américas: aluguel por temporada de bangalôs

Great location and comfortable home. The house is well equipped. Being used to a kingsize bed at home the somewhat smaller size bed took a couple nights to get used to, but no show-stoppers there. Thanks to the nice Canary weather we could always have breakfast on the terrace. While it doesn’t have much of a view, it’s spatious, comfortable and completely windfree. We never used the kitchen table. Not a problem for us, but if you have reduced mobility you need to be aware that there are a few stairs to get from street level into the house itself. The location is great with lots of restaurants nearby and close to the beach. Unfortunately the back entrance if the compound closest to the house was not open, but the other back entrance wasn’t much further.

Wir waren leider nur drei Nächte in dieser wunderschönen Unterkunft. Wir lieben die Gegend dort und der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Würden gerne in Zukunft nochmals buchen :)

Estrella was very welcoming and helpful on arrival. The House was beautiful and spacious. All bedrooms were of a big size, and the kitchen had everything we required. The outdoor area was lovely and the sea view was amazing. The house was very close to the lovely beach and restaurants and shops were only 5 minutes away. We would definitely recommend.

Stayed here for 15 days and it was amazing. Its in the perfect location, many restuarants and bars and supermarkets less than a 2 minute walk from the bungalow. Fanabe beach was about a 5 minute walk which has a very large strip. Taxi rank just around the corner from the bungalow. The bungalow itself was spotless clean, had extra towels, pillows, bedsheets etc. Will definitely be back again, stunning place to stay on your holiday and great value for money.

Such a nice little casita right on a clean, safe, accessible beach. Easy to walk everywhere. Also a more quiet spot in an otherwise ‘big hotel’ area. We hope to come again.

The apartment was really nice. Lovely location, in 5 min from the La Tejita beach. In the complex were two pools, one of it right next door to this apartment. Garage included. The apartment fully equipment, spacious. Host was very responsive. Definitely recommend.

The property is in a great location with close access to the beach and many restaurants and bars. We felt at home in no time and particularly enjoyed the quiet evenings on the top balcony watching the sun go down. Kostyan was an extremely helpful host with any requests we had. We will be looking to book again in the future and will have no hesitation in revisiting this apartment.

Nous avons passé une semaine chez Diego. Le logement est très propre et moderne. Il ne manque rien. Après avoir descendu les marches, vous serez époustouflé par la vue sur l' océan et les rochers" los Gigantes" La piscine est un plus pour se rafraîchir! Le quartier accessible a pied est sympathique avec ses restaurants et ses commerces. Ainsi que la plage de sable noir de "los guios". Nous avons été ravis de notre séjour. Je recommande! We had an amazing stay in Viktor's apartment, it was beautiful, clean and just like in the pictures. Complementary shampoos in the bathrooms and fruit in the bowl which was great. Checking in and out was very easy to do, and Viktor was good at communication and sent clear instructions on how to check in, how to get to the apartment and where to find bins etc. Very short walk down to the beach where there were lots of restaurants to choose from as well. Overall a great stay

The Airbnb was amazing so spacious and modern. 4 of us stayed and there was more than enough space. It was secluded and private so we could sunbathe during the day. The host went above and beyond for us and really helped us by accommodating us to leave later due to later flight. This took a whole weight of our shoulders and allowed us to fully enjoy our last day. I would definitely stay again and recommend.

The house is perfect. Exactly as described. Plenty utensils etc. in kitchen. It was clean and well equipped. We used the washing machine to wash towels and clothes during our stay. The beds were comfy. Loved the balcony and patio area. The views are amazing. There is a supermarket less than 5 minutes walk away. If you struggle with mobility then this location possibly isn't for you as there are stairs to access the property. We stayed in April and it was cool enough indoors with the windows and doors open, not sure if the same could be said in July or August, however there are 2 fans for guests to use. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Tenerife.

Wir haben das Haus geliebt! Der Außenbereich ist wundervoll. Wir haben den Pool beheizen lassen und hatten den größten Spaß dort mit unserem Kind. Es war alles sehr sauber und zum Wohlfühlen. Gerade hat ein neuer Supermarkt direkt neben der Einfahrt eröffnet, was Alles noch einfach macht. Tolle Restaurants und das Meer sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ani war eine unglaublich nette Gastgeberin, die mit Tipps zur Umgebung immer zur Stelle war!

Casa grande e espaçosa , bastante limpa com bastante claridade. Tem todos os utensílios para que pudéssemos passar 5 dias. No ato do check in sempre foram bastante atenciosos e deixaram colocar as malas dentro enquanto limpavam para que pudéssemos aproveitar o dia na cidade ☺️ Infelizmente no anúncio dizia que a piscina era aquecida mas a água esteve sempre gelada .. estávamos ansiosos para usar. Também tivemos uma situação em que os esgotos cheiravam bastante mal quando a casa ficava fechada durante o dia e ao contactarmos foram bastante rápidos a responder e a explicar a situação mas podiam ter informado no check in para que pudéssemos tomar outras medidas , fora disso foi uma ótima estadia e recomendamos a casa 😁 obrigada pela estadia !!
