It has a full size fridge with a stackable washer dryer The property is 11 minutes from the Lafayette BART and 7 minutes from Walnut Creek town center by car. Briones Wildlife Park is less than a mile away. We have 4 cats and two small dogs. Pets are welcome but we ask for large dogs to be on leash. TESLA charging available.

Easy entry to every part of the SF Bay Area with public transport (BART) 10 min walking. I live on property with my 6 yo and a few cats, but everything is self service with private entrance.
