Ci troviamo all'interno del tessuto del centro storico di Piozzo, a pochi passi dalla piazza principale e dallo storico locale Baladin. Ristrutturato di recente, l'appartamento è formato da un unico ambiente con soppalco in legno. Al piano inferiore sono localizzati la zona giorno e il bagno, mentre il soppalco ospita la zona notte.
