This charming villa is ideal for large families or groups of friends. It has a swimming pool of 40 m². The beach is 500 m away. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a living room and two bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet. One of the bedrooms is specially designed for children. The living room leads to a large terrace. There is also a barbecue area. On the first floor there are three double rooms, three bathrooms and a balcony. This cozy tiny house is situated directly in the heart of the old town of Baška. Two separate bedrooms, one on the first level one in the attic, kitchen with the living room and a nice balcony on the second level and a small bathroom is what this 47m2 apartment consists of. Both the attic and the 1st floor have an air conditioner. Ideal for a family holiday: the beach just in front of the house, no need of any transportation, private parking on 300 m from the accommodation. .
