Ten minutes drive from Kissamos this is a single self contained apartment with double bedroom, shower room and kitchen/living area. If you are looking for somewhere totally away from the turmoil of every day life, this is the place for you. The only other people here are Sue and I (and our Labrador, Darcy) However, Kissamos is close by and has everything you will need for shopping or eating out and also we are close to the popular beaches of Falasarna and Balos.

CASA 28 III is a freshly renovated apartment in one of the nicest neighborhoods in Chania, a breath away from the Venetian old harbour and the center and close to the beach also..! So close to the center but so quiet neighborhood with plenty free parkings around , equipment with anything you need, brand new household appliances and furniture. It’s very close to the unique lagoon of Balos and the famous Falasarna beach, both with crystal clear waters, aquamarine sea and fine golden sand. The nearest beach is just 5’ away on foot and many more beaches are accessible on foot or by car in less than 10’

Apartment 50sqm, comfortable, modern, airy, bright, airy with large balconies to enjoy the panoramic view of Falasarna. It has screens and shutters for protection against insects. Quiet environment and nearby destinations from exotic beaches. A car is necessary in this area and because the beach of Falassarna is 2 km.
