Welcome to Bench 170. Enjoy the privacy of the entire upper floor of this unique West Coast Modern home, built in 2012, with exclusive use of outdoor spaces. A delight for architecture enthusiasts and art lovers, Bench 170 was a featured venue for the Sunshine Coast Art Crawl for several years. Grantham House was once a bustling community hub as the local post office and general store, and beginning in the 1920's, a favoured summer stop of the Union Steamships Company. This unique studio suite, named after the Lady Cecilia steamship that once docked here, offers a serene escape with breathtaking views of Keats Island and oceanfront access.
