Prestigious Historical Apartment in the Heart of Turin

Sit at the piano next to a fireplace in a majestic hall with high ceilings with exposed beams, historic floors and doors, many touches of color and contemporary design. In 100sqm there are also a small kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a walk-in closet. Just out of the building you are in Piazza San Carlo, the most important square in the city. The windows of the master bedroom overlook the Egyptian museum. The courtyard of the building is shared with the most prestigious brands shops such as Prada and Chanel. You can't find such a prestigious location better placed to explore Torino. Maria Vittoria Due was our lovely house for several years. High original wooden celing of the XVIII century, the fine furniture and materials makes it unique. Hope you'll love that place as I and my husband did. Our guests will have access to the all apartment. There are two double rooms each one with its own bathroom and a sofa-bed for two in the living room, a walk-in closet, a small kitchen and a big living room. There is a washing-machine, a dishes-machine and the stuff to hang and iron your clothes. We'll provide you fresh bed-sheets and 3 different size bath towels for each guest. The kitchen is well equipped for every needing. If you have babies just ask us and we'll let you the necessary for his sleeping, eating and changing. We'll do our best to help guests in case of any necessity. The house is in the heart of the city, across from the Egyptian Museum and next to Piazza San Carlo. Easily walk to the Royal Palace, Renaissance Museum, Natural Science Museum, and Vittorio Emanuele Square. Many kinds of restaurants are nearby. Just at ten minutes walk far away from the main train and metro station (Porta Nuova). Next to the main entrance there is a bus stop to travel around the city center. A couple minutes walking there's a bus stop to go around the all city and outside. In San Carlo Square, right next to the house, there's a big car parking.

L'appartamento è dotato di tutti i comfort ed ha mantenuto la sua struttura originale con i mattoni a vista che lo rendono accogliente, unico e molto tranquillo poiché si trova in un interno cortile

Loft 9092, moderno ristrutturato di recente, è situato a due passi dal Parco del Valentino e a 3 fermate di metropolitana dalla stazione di Porta Nuova e dal centro di Torino. Perfetto per coppie, famiglie con figli e lavoratori. Il Loft è dotato di due ampie camere da letto matrimoniali, un salotto con divano letto e TV, una cucina attrezzata, due bagni con doccia e il wi-fi gratuito. Inoltre potrai rilassarti in un piacevole spazio privato all'aperto all'interno di un cortile.

Il mio alloggio si trova nel caratteristico quartiere precollinare Borgo Po al secondo piano fuori terra di una villa degli anni '30. L'alloggio parzialmente mansardato è stato ristrutturato ad agosto 2016 ed è composto da ingresso/living con cucina, 2 camere da letto e bagno. Le camere dispongono di aria condizionata e l'alloggio dispone di parcheggio privato all'interno del giardino dell'immobile. E' a 10 minuti a piedi e 3 minuti in macchina dal centro della città.
