The Tree Cabin

The heated tree cabin is set within a small secluded wood up a steep path. Cedar lined, insulated and oak clad it cantilevers out over a remote mill pond. Wake up in a tranquil heaven only shared with shy wildlife, including deer, hare, the odd badger and a variety of birds. In the cabin are a king-size plus bed, table and chairs, kitchen area with induction plate, microwave oven & toaster. Your own smaller tree cabin, a few trees away, houses a flushing toilet and hand basin with spring water.

Dog Friendly Ground Floor Cottage with Shared Pool

What used to be a working farm has now been turned into its own little holiday village. Enjoy the home comforts of a ground floor, one bed cottage, which consists of a kitchen, dining & living area. The bed can be made into either king or a twin with a set bunk beds. En-suite bathroom. Within 10 minute walk of the popular Carsington Water. Walk directly to Chatsworth House (3 miles) along the River Derwent - come back and curl up by the fire. Listen to birdsong and savour the stunning views from the garden. You will find brand new comfy beds, new (downstairs) family bathroom and brand new well equipped cream Shaker kitchen with separate pantry.

Uppergate Farmhouse Apartment

The one-bedroom apartment is located in a self-contained wing of a listed farmhouse. Oak beams, flag floors, with every modern convenience. The en-suite bedroom can sleep up to 2 (plus a cot) and 1 pet; the apartment has a fully equipped, fitted, modern kitchen/dining/living area and a patio with car parking space. A swimming pool with sauna is available to book at extra charge. We can not guarantee availability of pool slots less than 2 weeks before the booking.
